I placed an order on the 8th February and didn't receive this item. I've sent email after email without so much as a reply. The shoes ordered cost me over £45 and I am totally DISGUSTED with the LACK of respectable customer services, so much so, I've contacted "TRADING STANDARDS " in regards to this matter and also fb itself stating that I believe your fb post is nothing more than a SCAM and that your POSITIVE reviews on your fb are DUBIOUS to say the least, I even tried to place a review on your fb page and SURPRISE SURPRISE for some reason I couldn't WHY??
Also, when I GOGGLED your company I found nothing but VERY NEGATIVE REVIEWS
some stating exactly the same situation I'd been subjected too, with NO WAY of contacting your company directly other than email, to which you RUDLY IGNORE..

Fist of all the shows look nothing like the pictures on the website. They are not made of leather but thin cheap vinyl and plastic with soles so thin they wore holes and cracked after a couple of wears. It looked like actual cardboard inside the soles.
I ordered 4 pairs and all shoes were disappointing. The material makes so your feet can’t breath at all. Straps are cheap awful looking valcro. Stay clear. Clearly a money making scam as a pair of $40 shoes must have cost about $2 to make

I ordered three pairs of shoes and was told they ran out. I was given the option of waiting or getting a refund. I asked for a refund and after a month I haven't gotten the shoes or a refund. Bad business practices. Beware!

I placed an order. They said they would contact me within 7 days. That was two weeks ago. No one has contacted me and when I try track my package all it says is - it's being prepared. Prepared for over 2 weeks??? I have tried to reach out but have gotten no response. I hope I get my shoes.

The shoes are cute online, however they are way over priced. They should be $9.99 instead of $39. Cheaply made product. :(

Stay away from this company, who knows where they are located....perhaps China...products, shoes, very cheap looking, quality very poor....sizes never work...arrives months later and damaged....very difficult to impossible to return...no return address, cannot reach anyone by phone or email to assist with return...don’t be fooled by the nice appearance of their goods!!! It is no good!! Buyer be very much aware!!!

Do NOT buy from this company!! I ordered a pair of distressed boots from this company two weeks before Christmas and paid $40 for expedited shipping to get it close the Christmas- as of today January 10th I still have not received my girlfriend’s Christmas present and the shipping information indicates it hasn’t even been picked up yet!! Ugh!!!’ When i try to communicate with the company all they say is to be patient!!! What a rip off! No product AND no clue if I’ll ever get them! They are thieves!!! Took my money - no problem- and never delivered! Again protect yourself from these crooks

Have not heard from this company, not received the shoes, been a month, can’t get through website customer service, they have had my money since day one. Never shop this company.

The shoes took forever to get so it was past the 30 days for returns. All ran large. Quality is poor. Sent several emails and phones call to try to fix the issue and no luck. Do not buy these shoes.

If I could give 0 I would . I ordered boots that took 4 weeks to arrive. What I received looked nothing like the picture. They were total garbage, plastic, small and it was ridiculous. Good luck getting your money back because you can’t get ahold of anyone. They have fake reviews . It’s not buyer beware it’s buyer don’t do it!!!!

Absolutely the worse experience with this company. Good Luck trying to return a pair of shoes back. It has taken me over 6 months to finally get an email stating they cannot due a refund. They had me mail the shoes back to the address provided by them and paid over $30.00 for shipping. Almost two months later I get the shoes back in the mail. I reached out and their answer was, "you sent them to the wrong address." I was livid! The $80.00 shoes I purchased look nothing to the picture described. Be Careful with shady companies like this. They obviously do not care about reputation and only out to make a buck. Just purchase in the USA, the purchased item can be returned without any hassle! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR MONEY OR CREDIT CARD. My credit card was compromised after I purchased from this company. I wish I could attach the photos of the garbage I received from this company! If anyone is interested in the photos, I'll be more than happy to send them to you.

Terrible quality, ugly shoes, wrong size, cheap looking. They are not worth $60 each or even $10. No reply from return department. Total scam! Don’t buy it! Don’t waste your money. I would give it zero stars if I could.

Total fraud merchandise! Does not look like the pics advertised. Ordered a pair of boots. Opened the package to find a pair of cheaply made synthetic material that wasn’t even tapered to fit like a boot should. Absolute disappointment! Will not order another item from this company.

Do not buy Shoes from this company!
I ordered 2 pairs of shoes. The shoes is from a very cheap material and did not fit; it runs 2 sizes smaller than american size. Plus they give you hard time for return or refund.
