I was worried that this site/company was a scam and they are. DO NOT PURCHASE from this merchant.
I ordered a pair of shoes and it took two months to receive them, then when they arrived they were two sizes too big. It was obvious when I opened the box that they were not a size 7 but a 10!!!!!
I have emailed multiple times requesting a refund and keep getting nowhere. Just an offer for a $17 refund or telling me that I can purchase the shoes again. They will not provide a return address and if you call you also get nowhere. You are put on a dead end hold and nobody picks up.
STAY AWAY!!!! The shoes are poor quality and they send the wrong sizes. This is a 100% FRAUDULENT MERCHANT!!!!

They are terrible quality. Not at all like their pictures! Their customer service is terrible. I am trying to get them to send me info for how to return them and they are giving me the run around.

Do not buy from this company!!! I ordered 3 pairs of shoes from them. The two pairs that actually arrived are of poor quality. The third pair never arrived. When I contacted the company they tell me they do not have it in stock. They gave me three options. The first to order another pair, the second get a voucher, and the third to get a refund. I choose option three. Then they tell me that there is a problem with trying to refund my money and it is taking too long. Then begins the non stop push for the voucher, even though I told them the other two pairs do not fit me, therefore another shoe from their company will not work.

This company is in China. They sent the poorest quality products and are not willing to give a refund for unopened and unused shoes. They make you open the boxes and take pictures of the shoes purchased. They need to be stopped from scamming Americans. Do not buy anything from them. Facebook needs to pull them off of their social media platform. I will write a review on every site I can in hopes that no one else gets scammed.

I received my shoes. The quality is awful. Wrote to them and still waiting for an answer. Do not buy anything from these company. It is a fraud. I don't even know if they will refund my money, but I don't want them to do the same to other people.

This is the WORST experience I have ever had. Shoes were poor quality so I returned and I cannot get my money back. Phone probably is not real - was on hold for over an hour. Have exchanges at LEAST 20 emails where the ask me for the same proof of shipping over and over and I send it over and over.
If I could physically get to their offices, I wold show up there. Furious about not getting my money back

Sweat shop materials. Even smelled bad. Returns paid by customers. Please dont spend more money there

Bugger! I bought a pair of sandals from this company yesterday for what I thought was AU$46. Turned out to be in US dollars but they’ve charged my debit card AU$92.67. It’s way more than even the normal exchange rate. I’ll be lodging a dispute but I could do without the hassle.

Terrible quality it's a scam. Nothing like the images. The leather edges are unfinished. They use white oversized velcro on everything. Even the placement on the soles are uneven.

I thought I was pay protected when purchasing with Paypal. The shoes that finally arrived two months after ordering were not what they appeared to be in the photos. The stitching and quality were not acceptable. The shoes also did not fit! When I wanted to return Shoesse offered me a discount and told me to keep the shoes. They suggested I give them to a friend since they didn't fit. When I refused the deal, they made another. I again declined and put in a dispute with Paypal. Paypal wanted me to send the shoes to a Hong Kong address, once they received their shoes I would be refunded. When FedEx checked the address, it was "not deliverable". It would have cost me close to $40. to send these shoes back to a fictitious address. Paypal then "closed" the case.DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE PEOPLE. If you do you will be sorry.

I don't want to give this company any stars at all. I ordered shoes from this company on January 29. After 8 emails, in which I asked when I would be getting the shoes or at least getting a tracking number, I STILL can't get a date of delivery from this company. They can't or won't tell me where the shoes are, and they won't tell me if and when I might get them. Some of the emails mention waiting 5-12 days more, but, after that time, I still don't get any answers. PLEASE DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. You'll regret it.

Received my boots 2 months after I ordered them. When I did receive them, they were nothing like as pictured. I returned them the end of January via UPS . Gave them the tracking number, when the packaged was received and who signed for it. They are still asking me for me for the same information. It mid-March. They tell me to file a complaint with their resolution center, which does not exist. I also file a claim with the Better Business Center. I paid $56.80 and they still have my money

I would like to say buyer beware, you do not get the item pictured on their website, if you do get your order it is nothing like the photo and very poor quality. The company says it will take them back but you have to pay for the return and have a registered tracking number which cost $140.00 canadian, through canada post. The company knows that so they dont care and know you wont send them back and there fore you got Ripped Off. They really need to be shut down and charged by law enforcement, I just hope by writing this review that I can save some people from being ripped off, I sure wish I read these reviews first.

So glad I read these reviews. Just ordered a pair of shoes about 10 minutes ago then decided to look at the reviews ( backwards I know). Realizing it was a scam I immediately called my cc company and had them stop payment on a fraudulent website. Wouldn’t have known except for these reviews. Thanks! CJ

I should have researched this 'company' before I threw away $50. Its been over a month since I submitted my order so given that and these reviews, I think it'll be a cold day before I receive any shoes.

This company is a FRAUD. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!!! The shoes are not what they advertise. The shoes are NOTHING like the pictures on their site.

It took over a month to get the shoes and when I got them, they were plastic imitations. I tried to return to them, turns out they are in China. They refused to give me a refund. They refused to give me a return address. They offered to to give me a $21 credit on their site and I can keep the shoes. I started a dispute with my CC. In order to get my refund I had to ship the shoes back to China which would cost $160-$195--way over the cost of the shoes. The company finally offered partial credit and I was out almost $50.

If you look on their FB page you will see a bunch of angry faces and only nice comments. They are awful. Stay away!

I ordered a couple of pairs of shoes at the beginning of December. It took just about a month (28 days to be exact) for them to arrive, the packaging looked like it had been through a garbage disposal and the boxes inside were torn. The shoes were the absolute worst quality I have ever seen. When I tried on the shoes, they did not fit properly and I immediately contacted customer service to begin a return. Now we are almost at the end of February and I still have no return. I mailed the shoes back with all paperwork, a copy of the receipt and original packaging. I have been asked for the same paperwork 6 times via email from various people at the company. I have sent all the information...yet they will not complete the return. This is the absolute worst company, poor customer service and quality of items. I would never recommend ordering from this company...ever.
