The staff went the extra mile and were proficient helpful.

I ordered some boots online . Only wore a couple of times and all fabric peeled away. Customer services where really helpful and gave me a full refund for the boots.first time ever had problem with pavers shoes or boots.
I would order more I the future. Thanks to nadine T. And others for all their help

I've recently had a problem which is down to the postal service, not receiving my goods! The Sketchers trainers that I ordered haven't arrived but I spoke to a lady called Kathy on the Pavers help desk, who has been very professional , polite and helpful in reordering from another shop as they weren't available, to reorder. So thank you and hopefully the post will deliver on time stated! ...If original order arrives , I will ofcourse let Pavers know!!!

My order arrived quickly, easy to track the journey and the shipping costs are low compared to other online retailers, will definitely order again!

I ordered shoes, but unfortunately, the wrong size was delivered. However, the chat support team was excellent and quickly resolved the issue. They replaced my shoes with the correct size within 5 days, which I really appreciated. The only downside was the mix-up with the size in the first place.

The Pavers sandals I bought are to wear at a wedding, they are lovely, so comfortable.

You sent me the wrong item so I returned it straight away asking for a refund, I even went to the website to express this whilst including my order and its order number in the message. Still no response or refund received and it has been a number of weeks.

I ordered some shoes online (I didn’t realise there was a Pavers shop close to me), they arrived but were a bit too big. I asked Alexa where the nearest store was and was delighted it was local to me. I rang the store and was fortunate to speak to Craig at the Solihull store in Notcutts.
Craig couldn’t have been more helpful and I agreed to go to the store.
When I got there, a young man approached me to ask if I was exchanging shoes and to my surprise it was Craig, he had come out of the staff room from his lunch to assist me which I think is absolutely amazing.
He was so patient and helped me select a pair of shoes to suit me.
Craig was friendly, knowledgeable and a credit to Pavers. Thank you.

I liked the blue shoes so much that l bought the same pair in white. They are very comfortable well-made. l haven’t seen any shoes l’ve liked as much as these for a long time. Both pairs arrived quickly and were packed carefully. First class experience!

I ordered a pair of slippers through Amazon from this company for my grandson only to receive a pair of pumps. Despite numerous attempts via the atrocious Amazon complaint system, I am still no further forwards. Absolutely disgusting service from both Amazon and this site.

It took absolutely ages for the order to arrive. It all came separately. I opened a couple of packages and all seemed fine. I got them as a birthday present for my husband but when I opened one of the packages today it's the wrong bloody order. NEVER AGAIN!

Ordered 2 pairs of shoes. Unfortunately they were very narrow so had to return them. The whole process was effortless, both ordering, receiving and returning.
