Wonderful, helpful staff in Pavers West Bromwich.
Thank you Sharon and Lorraine for helping my elderly mother and myself with our purchases today.

Great shoe especially wide sizes, but it had a metallic shank inside shoe, goes off metal detector. Can't wear to work😥 didn't know it was made like that

I visited Pavers and was greeted by a very lovely lady called Debbie. She was so helpful and went out of her way to find me a pair of shoes.

Customer service was remarkable, the shoes were exchanged quickly with no problem and the two women who dealt with me were very helpful and knew exactly what they were doing. Thank you.

The product I wanted was out of stock in my size but the sales team had great product knowledge and offered me other options. I chose a very similar shoe to what I wanted and it was good quality and fit perfectly. The staff were friendly and seemed very happy in their jobs.

I know how hard it can be for staff retention if they are not happy and in my experience they are content with verbal feedback, it’s not just about Money! One to one’s with every employee is a great opportunity to get the Managers to learn how people behave and reward them with positivity.

Michelle stood out to me as she reminded me of my Mum with her sixties hair do! Very neat and elegant, a pleasure to have interacted with her. Great team overall, great prices and products.

I saw a pair of sandals in the catalogue that came through in post. Went straight on an ordered them. I got an email almost immediately to say they would be sourced from a shop as warehouse was sold out. I expected a delay. They arrived on Sat and I put them straight on. I wore them non stop on Sat and Sun. So comfortable and look so glam. So so pleased. I have wide feet and these fit perfectly.

I was a little disappointed at first as it said in stock I ordered and paid for them and received a confirmation email. Anyway minutes later I had an out of stock email stating a approx delivery date. As it was so near my holiday I was worried but they came just in time on the date that was stated

Yesterday I visited Pavers at West Howe in Bournemouth.
Not only were Ellie and Bev polite and helpful and I bought two pairs of 'Skechers' BUT in addition we had a bit of a giggle about my technological skill!
Its a wonder I have managed to write this review really but I like it when I get great customer service. Attentive, kind and funny and encouraged me to return to the store ( even though I could probably get the shoes cheaper online, I still enjoy the shopping experience when you are attended to by staff like this).THANK YOU !
Just a thought for today:
If we continue to do nothing else but shop online then there is another social opportunity gone forever isnt there?

Good afternoon.
My husband and I are just back from a very successful shopping trip to Pavers in Alver Garden Centre Gosport Hampshire and we wanted to praise the 2 particular members of staff who helped us and showed excellent customer service with information, smiles and a sense of humour.
I attach a photo of our receipt information for you to reference the lady who served us and another lady was helpful too, I’m sure they’ll know who they are when you contact the shop to give them this positive feedback from us. We discussed Madeira! That will jog their memory!
It’s so important to give credit where it’s due and it is certainly due here.

Had reason to visit the Shipley store to return some slippers which didn’t suit. I have to say the staff, from the manager down, were absolutely brilliant and couldn’t have been more pleasant and helpful. They soon sorted me out. I would thoroughly recommend this store for shoes etc

The training shoes I ordered on line fitted well and are exceptionally comfortable- more importantly matched the pic on website. They were delivered on the specified date. Great service!

Ordered a pair of ladies boots, which were out of stock online.
But was kept up to date by email on the progress of my order & informed me they were trying to locate the boots at one of their stores, which they did. I then collected them from my local store.

Yesterday I got absolutely first class service from the 2 lovely sales assistants at Pavers Shoe shop at Taverham Garden Centre Norfolk. They were pleasant, extremely patient and most helpful. It made my efforts at searching for 3 types of footwear so much easier and I can highly recommend them. A big Thank You!

Unfortunately I was sent a pair that were 2 different sizes, a bit of a palaver getting them changed. Saying that, I love the slippers!
