£30 for absolute rags. You would not pay £5 for if you saw it first

Terrible! Never ever order from this website. Cheaters. They pretend to be UK website whereas in reality it's China... I cancelled my purchase as soon as I placed an order(Unfortunately I read comments about the website too late) and according to the policy mentioned on the website they are supposed to give you a refund within 24h of the order placement, They told me the order already shipped. (within 1 min!). The dress has nothing to do with the picture. (Supposed to be knitted, in reality polyester) and for return you need to pay the delivery yourself which is half the price of the dress. Horribel.

Do not under any circumstances buy anything from this company. Their "Woollen" jumper dresses are merely an image of a woollen dress printed on cheap Polyester material and described as "Cotton-blend, Knitted" on their website. And guess who pays to return the items? Their website clearly falsely states " Our online shop provides unique fashion product from our independent designers back by high quality material". I completely agree with everything everyone has said on here. I've just paid £20.85 for postage and £6.99 for packaging to return this item. Again they are refusing to compensate for return despite what is clearly false advertising and are only offering that I keep the items (which I wouldn't even decorate my dogs bed with let alone give to charity) and they will refund me initially it was 15% not 25%. There must be a way to stop companies ripping people off like this. That's £27.84 I'm never going to get back. If indeed I get the refund. As it stands there's a pair of socks supposedly on their way (most likely a picture of woollen socks on lycra) and two further items pending) and the order was placed on the 29th of November.

This is not a uk company it ships in cheap and shoddy stuff from China. Do not buy anything from them it is not how it looks

Scam company - the clothes are misshaped cheap versions of what is on line! Do not buy from them!!!

I bought 4 items. When the first one arrived it was nothing like the photo on the website. Several differences in colours and style, and very poor quality. I started the return process only to find that their return address was in South China. My emails to them, in which I insisted that it is wrong as they are registered in the Companies House were answered with the offer of 25% refund. Finally I paid £13 for returning to China an item I paid £26 for. I wanted to cancel the remaining 3 items but managed to cancel only two as thy had already send another one, also poor quality and worth the price. Interestingly, the seller's email address on PayPal was different each time, and emails sent to it bounced back.

Oh, I wish I’d seen these reviews before I purchased, but alas! I, like previous reviews was very excited to see this company’s catalogue, the clothes were amazing. At last I’d found clothes that I loved, and at great, affordable prices. I even bookmarked it, so I’d find it again.
I did do some checks, and naively thought since it was supposedly based in London, I’d get reasonable service.

My order wasn’t even dispatched after over a month. They usually responded to my mail and asked me to be patient and said they were in peak season and were waiting for a bulk delivery. I gave up waiting and asked for a complete refund. In fact I figured I couldn’t trust them to do anything there end and have opened a case against them with PayPal. I received a non apologetic mail from Shineforu immediately asking me to cancel the case so they could refund me. Not a chance. This company is clearly a scam. At least I didn’t receive my order (which is clearly not the item shown -according to other people’s reviews) so my refund will be easier. Such a shame, I loved the catalogue. Obviously an utter scam. Don’t get sucked in.

The tops are not what I ordered. Cheap nylon not cotton or wool blends.

Like the other reviewers, I have had a bad experience with this website. I thought I was buying an attractive knitted dress and I received a ghastly, shapeless, synthetic 'thing' with a printed pattern... It was quite simply an entirely different item from the one shown on the website. I have now contacted them to organise a refund and to cancel the remaining items in my order. We will see if that works...

I don't like to think of myself as a numpty (thanks, 'me, London' on 22 November...) but it's true that I was taking a chance on Shineforu. (I've always been lucky with online shopping but pushed my luck this time!) When I made my order none of these reviews had yet appeared. I imagine that we're the first wave of those getting stung. If you're thinking about shopping on this website, don't do it!!!!

Loath to even give one star. Ordered five items and got notification three were on the way almost immediately. Then heard nothing for three weeks when the three items turned up without warning - no delivery warning email as promised. All items poor quality fabric and sizing dubious so requested refund. Repeated emails only brought an upping of percentage refund they were offering. On finally getting a return label I cancelled other two items and asked for refund. They did give a full refund for those two items within a week. Await refund on the rest of items subject to them receiving them back in a satisfactory state within a time frame...?! Extremely poor quality service all round.

I paid £50 for a coat, it's was made from horrible cheap material and looked like bleach had been accidentally dripped on the back. Refused a full refund after many emails, only offered 15% for a completely ruined it. They are running a scam, avoid!

This company is a scam do not buy from them. I received one of three items I paid for and it was a cheap tacky printed fanric nothing like the wool dress in the pictures.

Unwearable dress. They asked for photos and then said there was nothing wrong with it! They insist I have to pay shipment and custom fees for return to China.
Facebook comments disappear and you cannot view others comments. Negative emoji options removed. Avoid this scam company.

Do not buy. Website very misleading. Not based in UK. Items shipped from Hong Kong. May need to pay import duty apparently, if item actually arrives.

I ordered from this company and waited around 3-4 weeks for the jumpers to arrive. I had ordered from other companies before now and things had been OK. However, when the jumpers arrived, they were very poor quality, looked nothing like the ones advertised and then when I tried to return them, an easy process according to them, I had to write 3 times before I got a returns label and it looks like I have to send them back to China, at my own expense and they are refusing to refund me until they arrive in China. The goods have been forwarded from an address in the UK. Why can't they be sent back there? How will I know when that they have received unless I pay to send them 'signed for' which will cost a lot of money. There must be something that can be done under British law to stop this company ripping people off??

I was very excited about my purchase. At last I found some clothes that I like. Just received the knitted, wool blend sweater. It is not wool at all. just bad and cheap material and the color is terrible. I waited more than 1 month and I am still waiting for the dress. Very disappointed. It should not be allowed to clearly lie and sell bad product like that !!!! 25/11/2019

I ordered a dress from here a month ago. Still haven't heard anything nor can I get in touch with this sham site.

This company has stolen a photograph of me wearing a hand-knit skirt that I made myself, and is using that photo on their site to sell that skirt. They've even photoshopped the skirt into different colours that you can order. Obviously this is not a legitimate business at all. I put photos of me wearing this one-of-a-kind skirt on my blog, so they stole that photo and are using it to sell--what?--some cheap copy of a skirt that I made with 100% wool and a variety of hand-selected buttons that took me 60+ hours to make? What a scam. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
