THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL SCAM - DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM! If I could give this company no stars, I would. Tried to purchase a pair of boots from this company after we were steered there by the Nordstrom website. After more than a month with no delivery i made contact with them and received a canned response wth a link to a claim form. After I filled out the claim form I received another canned response. Also their "customer service" phone number was busy, day and night, for weeks. Fortunately we had paid thru Paypal and once I opened a dispute thru Paypal, we received an almost immediate refund. Very surprised that Nordstom has anything to do with this scam company Shine for you-us.

Very poor customer service no response concerning my order but will bill you within minutes of your order. Would not recommend ordering from them. Can't make contact by phone. If you haven't ordered please don't save yourself the headache. It's been about three weeks and they haven't responded to my concerns, is this company legitimate.

Clothes were cheap and nasty. No refund given. No answer to emails to them. Do not buy from this company. Bad. Bad. Bad.

After a months + delay I just got part of my order from CHICV UK LIMITED - AKA Talacot. The clothes I received were horrible and as cheap as ever!
The dresses were too big as a Medium and the shoes too small. I would like to return them and get a refund. I then saw that I have to pay for shipping to England?? But the owners name out of China. Good God! No one is getting back to me when I reach out to Cust. service. I think I am one of the many that got scammed. These crooks should be arrested. The phone number they display is also incorrect.
I found them on Facebook. Do not order anything from them!!

The clothes were the poorest quality I have ever had the misfortune to have seen. I spent nearly £50 returning everything to China and still haven't received a refund, they are a bunch of crooks DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE!

Who owns this company and why are they still operating? I am a very small,start up ethical business. In the past 10 days they have launched a new label copying my font and branding. I want to know who they are because this is not ok. Not the first time obviously and the whole business is a shame but why are they not stopped? Who is behind them and if they are Chinese how are they operating using the UK as their address?

NEVER EVER buy anything from this company. They are a total SCAM. I am still waiting for a refund for an item that I returned on 12 Dec 19, which was so awful I would have been ashamed to give to a charity shop. I've emailed virtually daily since and although I've had some replies and endless excuses, my refund is yet to arrive!!

I ordered what in the picture was a lovely dress. When it eventually arrived it was disgusting nothing like picture and quality was worse than dusters!! Outrageously misleading to people. Tried to return it but postage was outrageous so opted for refund well below cost. This has never arrived after several threats of legal action it’s still not arrived. 3months still waiting. These people should be arrested for taking money for rubbish.

The item was never delivered. I am trying to get a refund, but not holding my breath. Do not order from them.

I ordered some clothes for Christmas presents 2 months ago in November. They had not arrived by Christmas so I complained, they told me there was a delay but would be with me in 5-8 days. That was a month ago, still no delivery. I have requested a full refund, but no reply...

I ordered about £50 of clothes from this company. All arrived ok, but the material.and length/size was wrong.
I asked to return and they said returns to China are very expensive and theyd give me 15%, this was increased to 25% and then 35%.
I decided to refund. Another £10 wasted.
I posted on 8th. To date they deny it has arrived. I have proof of postage but did not want to pay do tracked...and they know this!

Please do not buy from this co.pany.
Quality is poor, based in Chine and use very sharp practice.

I wouldn't buy again from this website. It's true the clothes are not expensive so that should have been an indication of the quality. I ordered 3 items. One of them I was happy to keep but the other two were awful. I just wouldn't be seen out in them.

The sizing isn't particularly accurate as all 3 items were the same size. One was too big and one was too small. The colour of the items don't look anything close to what you see on the screen but of course I am only talking about 3 items out of everything they sell.

They did respond to my request to return the items but the cost is too high to warrant the refund. They offered 15% discount which is a significant loss. I can't even give them away because nobody is interested.

My order has now been over a month and has still not arrived. Despite emailing several times, the company do not respond substantively...only to keep repeating the standard email saying the items have been dispatched. Terrible communication and service. I am still waiting and wondering if it will arrive. I also saw on one of their standard emails that they 'destroy the items' if they cannot deliver within a certain amount of time and, as well as that, they will not give you a refund if this happens! Obviously a company who cares little for the environment and for their customers! I would not order again from them.

Dont order from this company..I ordered 3 tops to the value of £51.00 which when arrived looked nothing like the images/description on their website...Cheap, nasty material, no resemblance to the items i expected to recieve. I opened a case via paypal..they responded to my request of a full refund by offering me 25% refund and told me to keep items. I emailed again stating that I had sent items back to english company addresses that were on the packages and that I wanted a full refund; to which they responded, informing me that I would have to send them back to China. I informed them again that I had sent them back and they were falsely advertising as their website states they are a uk based company ete etc. Needless to say I have not recieved a refund! Dont buy from them!

False advertising. I do not understand how companies like this are allowed - I bought 2 dresses that were meant to be casual knitted - they were no such thing! A cheap polyester dress arrived that I could have made myself. Appalling. Do NOT buy from this shop - so bitterly disappointed, they have made a quick buck from me, but never again. Do not let it happen to you!

The clothes look beautiful and i wanted to get a few things from here.I ordered 4 items from this website totalling £70 on 27th November 2019, I received 1 item which was not like the item I ordered but a cheap knock off after 5 weeks, it is know 6th January 2020 and I have not received the rest of my order. After numerous attempts after emails the reply was a standard automated response stating my order is currently being shipped. Suffice to say that I will never see the rest of my order. Waste of my money. Under no circumstances order from this website. It is a scam

I ordered two garments from Shineforu as they were irresistibly beautiful and I needed something glamorous for a conference. One arrived; it was fine; fitted well and looked all right. The second has never arrived. As other reviewers say, the collections are incredibly beautiful. I decided to try trace the originals of these knockoffs and a search brought me to a company called Gorsuch.com. Its garments cost thousands of dollars. I have not been refunded for the missing item and am hoping that Paypal can assist. Just wish I could afford Gorsuch!

Bad customer service, went to a dispute with PayPal over the quality of my item, still haven’t received a refund and probably never will AVOID BUYING ANYTHING!!! You will be disappointed!!!

Do not buy!! I treated myself to a few bits that looked really nice in photo's, good shapes and colours i like. What i recieved was atrocious!! Colours were not the same, materials were awful and non of the 5 itens were suitable. I think what makes matters worse is they do not respond to emails, they do not support returns or refunds and are blatantly misleading all round. I hope other's read reviews before making orders unlike i did! .

This is a terrible company. Ordered what looked like a beautiful casual winter dress with nice wooden fabric. In reality what I got was cheap tacky fabric. The company have obviously used other pictures and attempted to copy a design on hideous material. The company is also not based in London as advertised- it is based in China. When you attempt to make contact for updates about your order you get the same rote response detailing tracking info which is a week out of date. This company is a scam
