Please don't buy or waste your money for shien.

After many emails finally got my refund from Shein.
July seems a long way off but to their credit refunded my PayPal account albeit with no explanation why took so long 👏

love shien take about 9 days to arrive but the clothes are lovely

I have found a couple items that I enjoy but most of the time it's complete tat (especially the jewellery) and they LOVE using formaldehyde, gave me a nasty reaction literally 5 minutes after opening the package. Don't waste your time or money.

Appalling quality, clothes badly made, returns policy an utter scam.

READ the return policy before sending these rogues any money.

Up untill now i was happy with this company and my goods i placed order with them last month and when it arrived my parcel had been opened and repackaged with Hermes own packaging and an item was missing when i contacted them they told to click an icon on their site and when i did it showed me nothing what to do i have contacted them again about this missing item after all i paid for this and it was stolen from my parcel it was opened and repackaged i have a photo to prove how i recieved my parcel Shien has not asked for that prove all i want is what i paid for not to recieve my parcel and its been tampered with opened item stolen and repackaged with the delivery companies packaging and their tape with Hermes on it i would have given them 5 stars because i never had any issue with my orders before untill now

I spent quite a bit of time making sure this product was not coming from China found out when they sent tracking number that it was!! Dreadful deceitful

The quality of clothes/sunglasses are alright for its low price which comes from china. Delivery date is about 1 month and cost £4 (not including extra £2 for making sure it arrives)!

I just love SHIEN! The products are great value for money and there is sooo much to choose from. I have been able to buy lots of clothes and accessories from here and have been super happy with them all. I also love the crafting section, lots of great value craft items, such as; stamps, card stock and paper cutters.

Ordered my niece a jumper and trackies with a unique design on it as a birthday present. She loved it! She's fussy with colours and girly clothes and i managed to find a good range that goes very well with her skater/tom boy look.

Website was easy to use from my mobile and it was clear with the delivery schedule and arrived in the time it stated.

Great range of clothes so i will be using them again for my own clothing needs and future styles for my niece.

Placed an order on your website only to find out that your swimwear is not returnable. I instantly tried to cancel the order but it says it's not possible because it has ben assigned a tracking number??? What am I supposed to do. I am going to lose nearly £100 on swimwear. If it is non returnable it should be clear on the item or checkout instead of hidden in the Ts and Cs. Also, there are contradicting Ts and Cs - some say its refundable and others say it isn't?? So, which one is correct?? I just want my order cancelled please

Size are always wrong yet they call it UK sizes.

I ordered a package of clothing on the 10th of febuary. It arrived today! Super fast delivery to the UK considering it was shipped from China. Love the clothes. Comfy and fit well. I ordered a few sizes larger than what I am and really chuffed with what I got.

Poor quality clothes, appalling customer service, make many by hidden delivery insurance that you need detective work to remove. My daughter is returning all her purchases, one was faulty but they refused to accept despite photo evidence of the clear fault and never out of packet. Warn your youngsters to avoid this company it targets them and makes money through hidden costs, poor quality. I hate to think what their factories are like, I should have known better .

Do not order from this company. I ordered a jacket when I received it, it was too big so I sent it back with my local post office and apparently they don't know where it went. They Couldt track it in the warehouse!! That's not my fault! Still a year later, there was no refund, no response, customer service, terrible, very rude.... Do not trust.

I wanted to return some items that were of poor quality. I went on their website and tried to do an online return. However, I could not because they were non-refundable. Despite being complete tat. UK law states that you have the legal right to a refund if you return your faulty good within 30 days of receiving it, regardless of what the store's return policy says. I just won't bother ordering from here again, I only buy from sites that do not try to rip off their customers.

My daughter had terrible trouble returning poor quality items AND they charge you for the return in direct contravention of consumer law. The clothing items are of generally poor quality and don't look anything like as good as they do in the photos. I really suggest you don't purchase from here. What we need is reasonably priced clothes made in England with proper health and safety!

Terrible company, asked for a refund prior to shipping and they withheld money and said that wasn’t refundable. As I had to purchase some kind of ticket to use a money off voucher. Seems like they have various tricks in their book to withhold money from customers. It first appears like a good deal you are getting on this site, but actually it’s a rip off. Not sure where all the positive reviews are coming from.

I have ordered lots of clothes from Shein. It’s so cheap and the clothes are good quality and nice. Lucky I haven’t had to return anything yet as I don’t know how easy it would be. Delivery can be a little slow but definitely worth the wait.
