I have used Shien multiple times now for all different types of products and I have been on the most part happy with what I've gotten.

I tend to really look into the product details, reviews, pictures, material info, sizing information etc meticulously before ordering something and so far this has worked well for me.

Some of the items have been poorer quality but that's not totally shocking given the pricing.

I'm well aware that the company is based abroad so UK consumer law regarding returns/refunds etc is unlikely to be honoured so I keep that in mind when ordering and avoid high prices or items without reviews with images.

I've had a few pieces of absolute tat along the way, but on the most part I have been happy with what I have purchased. If clothing sizes are totally out I tend to just take the hit and donate the clothing (again, I avoid high prices so it's not a huge issue).

Delivery is usually within two weeks which isn't bad when its coming so far.

So far cheap but don’t have a bad experience. They are good and shop fast. Very dissatisfied with fashion nova. So I will stick to Shein right now.

I've had many orders from Shien over the years, honestly have never had a problem with them, so can't comment on the customer service side of things. The prices are cheap and they always have good vouchers which I never fail to use, some items may not be the best of quality but what can you expect for the price.

Orders arrive within the week or two, if its a large order like I usually do then it'll most likely be divided up into separate parcels depending on warehouse locations and stock. Just placed 2xlarge orders 2-4days ago and I’ve already received some of the items plus been updated via email which of the products have been shipped out of my orders.

The only thing is jewellery/accessories after some time can just break, but I've always got my full usage out of them.

Used to order from shien a lot, I have found their clothes a hit or miss but lately everything has been so thin and jeans have been made of a weird material so don't sit right on.
I find the delivery is rather slow as well

I ordered two items. Only 1 arrived. I am getting zero help from customer service, which is only a bot. Even if they respond to this, I seriously doubt they will actually help. Shein is great unless you have a problem, then forget it. Use at owk risk. It really is hit and miss

I have had 10 orders of clothes off these in different sizes etc to see what fits they are colourful and light summer clothes. the material is very lite but ohnestly it's the only place that does pretty plus size clothes and are generous in size . I have had no problems getting refunds a couple of days after returning and these are big £100 orders . as long as you wait until all your clothes are delivered in the same order and return unwanted in same bag from the same order no return charges per each full order. if you return them willy Billy they charge £2.50 I honestly cannot complain.

I got only a single panel of curtain and it was torn and just rubbish poor-quality junk.

Utterly useless, ordered 4 items and got sent 1 item not even ordered, Shein are like the Evri of the fashion world

I've ordered about 4 or 5 times from here, and I've never had a problem.

Some clothing is a bit thin, but I've only disliked one hoodie that I got.
My home is full of tapestries from this shop, I find the price of these quite good.

Sizing is terrible. Quality is terrible and delivery is long. Won't be using them again

When I was scammed on Amazon, I discovered Shien Wow what a saving!!!

I have to be honest, I was quite dubious to place an order with Shein, I think i stalked the webite 2 or 3 times beforehand. I then saw that Georgia Toffolo had done a collection with them, so in my head it made them seem more legit? Anyway I took the plunge and ordered 3 cardigans and 1 jumper. I was really happy I did as the quality was very good and they looked great. I have ordered a few more times and have been happy each time. The only thing I would say is that delivery can take a little while, so order ahead if you want something for a specific date.

First time I ordered from this company. I am very surprised with the quality of the product. Bearing in mind the reasonable pricing. I ordered 4 pairs of summer mules with heels. One I was advised to order in a larger size in the review. They are lovely,nice colours,pink,yellow,white and cream. They arrived a week earlier than expected. My only gripe was waiting for delivery which seemed long. But now they have arrived I am very happy. Would highly recommend,will deff use this company again.

I have to speak as I find! I’m fussy when it comes to clothes but after a recommendation from a few friends, I thought I’d give it a go. I bought flat sandals, a top, a dress as well as some swimwear for my granddaughter and I have to say, they were all lovely.

Well be careful what you order. The stationery was main ok. The clothes were poor and the dog bed not accurate in size. I would only order items under £5 if I were you. Plus I am sure they only put up their good reviews. I can’t even leave a review so where are they getting these reviews from?

This company is absolutely despicable, I reordered something I had before in the same size and it was completely different, nothing like what I ordered before. I hope this company go bust, they literally exploit everyone from their workers to the people who buy their products, I don't know why I even gave them a go in the first place, I should know better.
