Nie wieder Sharp...1 Stern ist noch zu gut bewertet
Wir haben im März 2025 einen Sharp Akku-Sauger bei Kaufland gekauft. Dieser war genau nach Ablauf der Garantiefrist (3 Monate) defekt. Der Bürstenmotor funktionierte nicht mehr. Von Kaufland wurden wir deshalb an Sharp verwiesen. Dann wurde es richtig interessant: Am 07.06.25 Email und Telefonat mit Sharp. Bis zum 13.06. nichts mehr gehört und noch einmal nachgefragt. Man teilte uns mit, dass das Typenschild und der Kaufbeleg nicht mehr vorliegen, und es noch einmal geschickt werden soll. Dies wurde am 14.6. von uns erledigt. Am 17.6. Rückfrage von Sharp, wer der Verkäufer war (???? dies stand natürlich auf dem Kaufbeleg). Am 19.6. teilte man uns mit, wir sollen den Service kontaktieren, und alle Unterlagen auch dorthin schicken. Das haben wir am gleichen Tag gemacht. Am 20.6. haben wir eine Ticketnummer erhalten, und wurden gebeten, alle Unterlagen NOCHMALS mit der Ticketnummer zuzusenden. Auch dies erledigten wir sofort. Am 23.06. erhielten wir dann ein Versandlabel für die Rückendung des Saugers, aber bitte incl. allem Zubehör. Am 24.06. haben wir alles (incl. Zubehör ????) zugeschickt. Nach vielen telefonischen Nachfragen haben wir den Sauger schließlich am 29.08. zurück bekommen. Den Sauger hatte man auch getestet, dies konnte man daran sehen, dass der aufgesaugte Dreck sich noch im Behälter befand.
Alles in allem lächerlich...so ein Aufstand für einen Bürstenmotor.
Für uns gilt: NIE WIEDER EIN GERÄT DER FIRMA SHARP!!!!!!!!!

Habe vor ca.5 Monaten ein Sharp Accusauger bei Kaufland Kaiserslautern gekauft. 3 Jahre Garantie, die ersten 3 Monate bei Kaufland, dann nur noch über den Hersteller direkt. Natürlich was kaputt gegangen und jetzt laut Kundendienst wörtlich,,Sie seien nicht für Kleinteile und Accusauger zuständig. Dann mit Betriebsleiter vom Kaufland Herrn Scarbello gesprochen und um Hilfe gebeten,der mir dann sagte, er wäre Vertraglich zum Schweigen verpflichtet!Also ,nie wieder
Sharp!!Und Kaufland sollte sich mal gut überlegen, was für Marken sie noch verkaufen!

I found it has insufficient instructions on how to use it. None of the prompts seem to help, compared to the Panasonic I replaced it with it is definitely a disgusting microwave. I was very disappointed with it. these things you buy in good faith and can't return them for a refund . The company isn't helpful AT ALL.
Schrott TV
Ich hatte mir einen TV gekauft der mich aufgrund eines verhältnismäßigen niedrigen Preis angesprochen hatte. Diese Gerät weißt aber nach einem Jahr mäßiger Nutzung defekte auf. Ich dachte mir gut kann passieren, aber da kommt das nächste Problem. Der Kundenservice war st totaler Müll. Ich erhalte auf meine E-Mails keine Antworten und bei der Hotline wurde ich sofort weggedrückt. Ich hoffe das der Schrott TV repariert wird, sodass ich den verkaufen kann und mir etwas vernünftiges kaufe. Sharp wurde leider verkauft und ist nicht mehr als Schrott. Lieber ein paar Euros mehr investieren und etwas vernünftiges kaufen

NEVER again....it is sooooo slow to start up going through an android start up process first then when tv guide button is pressed the tv literally 'hangs' for around 1x minute before it starts to react to commands from tv remote...then we get to changing channels and a lot of the time ....no reaction as though tv has 'frozen' then when it does unfreeze itself it has around 4 or 5 different commands it's trying to catch up on!...'horrendously slow' and I have all tv software updates installed...bye bye Sharp.really dismayed with your company as you used to be so good too with previous Sharp tv's I have owned.

Bought a Sharp condensor tumble dryer 15 months ago (KD-NCB8S7GW91-EN) in the last couple of weeks it started making a loud noise when using the reverse tumble cycle, contacted Sharp via email numerous times including providing them with purchase details, that's the last I have heard from them. Impossible to get through via phone hence emailing them.
I have no other option than to purchase a new tumble dryer, I only wish I had read the reviews on here before purchasing the Sharp tumble dryer.

Bought a Sharp Roku tv from Tesco works OK but developed a problem when I put a Firestick in and it comes up with a overheating message all the time.
Contacted Sharp who said its a software problem but because the Tv is 18 months old they cannot fix it as they do not except returns in case of transit damage and they cannot send anyone to fix it.
This is disgusting customer service after something that should last 5 or 6 year.
Tried Tesco but they could not help as out of warranty.
Buyer beware.

Our 12 month old Sharp washing machine broke down 5 weeks ago with 12 months left of its warranty. Pacifica, the company who manage the warranty for Sharp, have now visited the washer 3 times and failed to repair it. We now need another visit in a weeks time to replace yet another part.
I have contacted Pacifica several times now and been told that as long as the engineers orders another part, they will not replace the washing machine - its the T&C's with Sharp.
I have been offered £50 compensation - this is the maximum we can offer you - its the T&C's with Sharp.
I have also had it made very clear that if by some miracle the washing machine is replaced you will not get the £50 - T&C's with Sharp.
OK - let me discuss this with Sharp - impossible say Pacifica - they don't have agents in the UK.
So we are now in a seemingly endless loop of Pacifica failing to repair our washer and acting as the gatekeeper for Sharp to make sure you cant speak to them directly to rectify the problem.
We only replaced our old Bosch washer to be to be more environmentally friendly - In future I would buy a second hand Bosch rather than the junk that is being supplied by Sharp who hide behind their gatekeepers at Pacifica.
Avoid Sharp products at all costs - this is a 0 star review!!!

J'ai acheté un téléviseur sharp 70" chez Darty.
Le son est exécrable, presque inaudible.
Le sav de Darty m'a affirmé qu'il ne pouvait rien faire car sharp fait des tv avec (je cite) un son pourri et que j'aurais dû soit acheter une Samsung ou une barre de son.
J'ai contacté sharp mi- avril et malgré plusieurs mails aucune réponse à ce jour (04/06/25) .
Je ne conseillerais jamais à quiconque d'acheter une tv sharp.
Une marque à qui je souhaite de disparaitre rapidement pour le bien des consommateurs.

Sharp's structured impediments for consumers registering product purchase complaints
So far of recent multiple emailed attempts to prompt Sharp Consumer Electronics to respond appropriately and satisfactorily to registered and documented complaints about one of it very recently purchased microwave units have proved fruitless. No matter how much prior, documented relevant information has been provided, Sharp has remained unaccommodating. And below is a complete, unedited copy of the last email sent today to Sharp. It a response to the absurd demand that I produce and then transmit a "video."
"How many times do I have to say the same thing? First, I've never 'made a video" in my entire life. Nor would I know how to do so. Too, presumably Sharp is talking about a sort of documentary, combining both moving images and audio. Otherwise, how, for example, would the Sharp viewer recognize both the humming and scraping noises made when the microwave is operating? And those are not the only obvious deficiencies with this 'lightweight," poorly made device.
Also as stated before, the prior Sharp I'd previously owned, also circa 1.1 cu. ft.microwave (R-305 HW, serial # 157668, manufactured in Thailand in 2003) which finally gave out the first week in May 2025, was of much heavier and notably higher quality construction, with none of the obvious deficiencies of this model- which is precisely why it operated so well for TWENTY TWO years--save the light bulb failing about 10 years ago--with no way to replace said bulb without paying some appliance repair person a lot of labor charges to dismantle the entire microwave--thus great engineering-not
Whereas this SMC1161 KW cheaply made microwave would never last but a few years, and as so documented in several available online consumer product reviews I've recently read about this very same Sharp microwave. Moreover, so many past reviewers likewise have complained about the evident refusal of Sharp to stand by its microwave products that had proved deficient, by way of Sharp having constructed farcical impediments which preclude consumers having Sharp product deficiencies remedied.
So obviously having contacted online Sharp SEVERAL times now trying to get this matter resolved has proved a total waste of my time. Thus, henceforth I'll take different measures.
Last, not that Sharp obviously cares one iota, nonetheless as have other disgruntled Sharp microwave buyers so declared, I'll never again purchase another Sharp product of any kind! And as well at every future opportunity I'll 'warn off' people about ever buying any Sharp electronic products. And so be it."

Unmöglicher Kundenservice, ein Handwerker der vom Kundendienst geschickt wurde um meinen fast neuen Herd zu reparieren hat Schäden verursacht und obwohl ich Beweisfotos und einen Zeugen habe streitet man es ab. Hätte ich doch mal vorher die Bewertungen gelesen. Nie wieder werde ich ein Gerät von Sharp kaufen.
