Very poor quality but you get what you pay for. Lens scratch very easily. Frame broke on one pair. But….what they don’t tell you is replacements are only available up to 2 years. That was my case at least. I’ve had gas station sunglasses last much longer.

I saw Shady Rays on Facebook and took a chance! Boy are they great sunglasses. So much so the next day i bought another type from them!! Cayman XL fit my male adult size face great so trying the Titan 23XI next.

Mobile diesel mechanic , was replacing a dpf and dropped on my face, only got a big scratch on the color rush lenses. Saved my eyes , they look good, feel good, and protect your eyes good haha 10/10

Unable to fulfill an order in over a month, completely ignored requests for some sort of good will gesture, provided no updates on delays or tracking, then claim it’s finally shipped a few days _after_ I requested a cancellation while refusing to issue a refund until I return the glasses (that I haven’t received and they still can’t provide tracking for).

Bought a pair a few years ago. Dropped from waist high and the frame broke. Shady replaced them as their warranty stated. Dropped that pair one time and they broke in the exact same place. I didn't even reach out to them. Hope everyone else has better luck. I like the look but they should never break like that. Issue occurred 3 years ago

The glasses are fashionable and frames are well constructed.HOWEVER the lenses disintegrate after a couple of years, even if following their instructions about how to clean. I have more expensive glasses , my favorite Oakleys, and the lenses hold up forever.

Contacted Shady Rays per their response to my trustpilot review. Asked a few questions and copied the texts from the emails I received. The response I got was "Sorry for the inconvenience". No answer to my question. That's it. Shady Rays is fine until you have an issue, then their customer service is really bad. Don't buy Shady Rays.

I'm not going to lie I like the product. I like the website. However the product is a bit underwhelming. I don't see the polarization being anything different from what I used to buy and other stores. Is it that big of a deal? Maybe. Do I feel like I can get a better deal somewhere else? More than likely. Will I buy from them again? No

After 2 weeks waiting on my prescription fishing glasses I find out they do not make what the website let me order. An email was sent piggy backed on a response to a question asked to customer service. No refund until after I asked. No phone call. No follow up. I have recieved 11 marketing emails from them since my order on March 22 that they couldn't fulfill.

shady rays when i bough my sunglasses like 2 yeas ago says free lifetime replacement but nope wanna charge me scratch more easily than oakley ray bans ect this company sucks and should be put under go to walmart if wabr cheap glasses ive had better walmart polarized glasses than shady rays save ur self 20 plus bucks

2 years ago I bought the original release of the Shady Rays Green Wolf line. These glasses are great. But what is even better is the warranty they come with. I contacted SR today about the frames peeling, and within the hour, they had a replacement pair approved and on the way to my house— free of charge. Do business with Shady Rays in confidence they will stand behind their products and warranties.

They cancelled my account randomly after I replaced my glasses once, Shady scam.

First of all they DO NOT replace glasses for free like you're lead to believe. They just charge you a lot extra for "processing and handling" charges to get them!! Then, the ones they sent are inferior plastic lenses. I have near perfect eye site but cleaned the new ones twice thinking they were just dirty but the lens are just NOT Clear!! My wife also said they were fuzzy for her as well. Very fuzzy!

I don’t wear anything other than costa sunglasses but I saw the add for shady rays I thought I would give them a try because they are a third of the cost of costa . I chose a pair and received them and although the quality is obviously not costa quality they were decent for the money but unfortunately they did not fit and that’s the issue of online purchases because you can’t try before you buy. I contacted shady rays and got a quick response with a return label for free and chose another pair and they are supposed to be on the way and hopefully they fit 🤞. I will say that customer service was really fast and easy to return. I don’t believe that these glasses will replace my costa glasses but you always get what you pay for and hopefully these will be a good backup .

Could not even complete my order. Cart kept adding a 10.00 case that could not be removed or edited. I shop online a lot and am very tech adapted. Also would not let me access Paypal option.These two factors combined made me lack confidence in the shadyrays ecommerce platform. Would love to try your product if your website was adequate.

I received a new pair of glasses because of the insurance program with Shady Rays. Fabulous and much appreciated! Tell your friends.

Unbeatable service and excellent value for money. I recently made a claim on my glasses that I bought 5 years ago, which had been brilliant until the coating start to peel. The warranty form was quick and easy to fill in and my replacements were approved in less than an hour. I've had Ray Bans in the past which had the same issue and was offered nothing.

I have a fairly unusual head and must say the Shady Rays shades are the only ones that I found comfortable (without having to pay $200+) after trying several options out there.
I always get the polarized classic version. They look good and they are light.
I also tend to lose shades easily and yes, they keep the promise to send you a new pair for each order made!

I purchased 3 pair of sunglasses on 12/31/24, I emailed customer support on January 13th and was told some BS about USPS delays. It is now 1/21/25 and I still can't track my order because it has not been shipped.
Do not waste your time with this company.

I have been a Shady Rays customer for several years and have ordered several more times due to the quality. I have never needed customer service until this order as my shipped order went rogue and never arrived. Mariah immediately sent me a new pair of sunglasses, along with a shipping label to use in case the original order showed up and I could ship it back to them. Mariah was professional, efficient, and created a great customer service experience.
