My ally is awesome. She updates me about my mortgage and checks in every month or so just to make sure everything is going well.

Our 1st purchase, our 1st Mortgage Servicer (Lender) and it has been a joy to work with them since day 1, April 2018.

Great customer service reps in the resolution department that are very attentive and empathetic.

I had spoke with Maria from Servbank and I really appreciate that. She explained everything to me about my mortgage. I love the way that they take care of the clients. Thank you very much. Have a blessed day.

Contact person in Tax Dept failed to call me as scheduled. Customer service as dropped significantly over the past week. I am due a $600 refund, and workers are dragging their feet in completing this task.

Serve Bank sold our mortgage to Rocket but FAILED to provide the correct information. Now Rocket is changing my payments and Serve Bank won't help AT ALL. Terrible customer service, no one knows anything or just flat out saying take it up with Rocket!

Servbank has recently gone to a NON US Based customer service line. I called 1-866-867-0330 and the phone call took 8 minutes to finally get a customer service agent and then the phone call took another 25 minutes due to the language issue.

Kay M was wonderful. During a very stressful time for me she was able to answer all my questions in a way I completely understood. Her knowledge and confidence in discussing my circumstances and situation with my mortgage was so comforting and reassuring that I was doing the right things. Thank you Kay M!! You made my evening so much better ☺️

Had information very quickly. Made it easy to comprehend. Offered options and then did a recap.

The Ally (ext..0233) I spoke with today on 3/11/2025 cleared up misinformation that was given to me last week. The Ally today was very knowledgeable about the next steps for my approved Mortgage Modification. She was very professional and let me explain my questions in detail. I didn’t feel rushed or my thoughts not heard. She acknowledged condolences for the death of my husband which exhibits human compassion to me. She does a wonderful job. I requested her extension in case my assigned Ally was not Available. I thank Servbank for allowing me the opportunity to do this survey.

They have you by the balls, for sharing your personal information, email, phone number, social security number, bank information to share, then personal stuff. To top it off THEY WON'T DELETE IT, nor STOP sharing. You get spam phone calls, junk emails, your account gets lost and your money for the mortgage is misplaced. How in the world do you misplace over $2gs when it's taken right out of YOUR bank account. I hate these people, they are almost as worse than Tru$#@p.

Mario, a customer service rep, has been helping me untangle a challenging escrow account issue. He listens carefully, responds clearly and is very prompt and efficient. His attention to detail and ability to
piece complex puzzle parts together sets him apart from most other customer service agents. He can be trusted to follow up and follow through. He has saved me a lot of time and frustration. It’s not often I get a chance to compliment a genuine pro. Most of the time, I get connected to A I robot -types who have no clues.

I wanted to switch over to bi-weekly payments on my mortgage. The requirements stated that I will have to pay a full month of my mortgage to be enrolled into bi-weekly pay. This payment took place in January. The first bi-weekly payment took place at the beginning of February. I called two weeks later (maybe on Feb 26,2025), because the second payment had not been charged. And the lady helped me did it. But this is happen again in March. I logn in my account i don't see bi weekly so yesterday i called them and I was then told after looking at my account, the bi-weekly payments had been cancelled, not to my authorization, and in order to re-enroll,they said the option you need to pay another full month and haft amount of my mortgage to set up bi-weekly. I dont believe its fair that I have to be penalized for something that was not my fault. I am so disappointed and annoyed about it! I have had a mortgage for many years and never had a company like servbank.

Talking with rep on the phone, and he was able to complete the changing of my payment date all with no effort and about 2 minutes on the phone; and sorry, cwagner, but I've been an insurance agent for over 42 years, and it is ALWAYS the job of the consumer to notify the bank and the insurance company when you change a policy. Nobody should be doing that for you.

I have had a mortgage for many years and never had a company like servbank. I switched my homeowners insurance and servbank never told the original insurance company that they were cancelled. I was paying for two insurances for well over a month. When I called servbank and asked why they did not notify the original insurance company that they were being cancelled I was told, we do not do that. In the mean time my escrow was sky high. All my other mortgage companies in the past handled cancelling and notifying homeowners insurance companies. I got servbank because of a buy out not because of my choosing. Very disappointed with them. Do not trust them at all.

I received prompt knowledgeable service. They took care of my issue and the representative was friendly and helpfull. Very happy with them.
