Horrific experience when they first took over my loan this guy called me and said they bought the loan I didn't know that.. he demanded I give him my social security number! I had not received any confirmation about the sale of my loan! This guy and others then would call and demand I give them the social! Then I would make arrangements to pay the loan on a certain day and I'd be called off a dialer, I've been sick of the harassment! I requested a VP type person to call me back... No one has done so! They're horrible!

Called the mortgage dept and the Automated system kept hanging up on me when I couldn't answer its prompts. After the 4th call it connected me to an AI rep. What type of service is to have an AI rep talk to you and help you at all. Terrible experience, the AI couldn't figure how to help me that it transferred me to an actual live agent. Ann was kind enough to help me out. But aside from her, it was a terrible experience trying to connect to a real person. First place I have experienced an AI rep and it was unpleasant. Bad representation of the bank.

I spoke to a young lady by the name of Anne. She was very polite, very professional. I couldn’t breathe with a notification that I received, and she was able to look up my account and was informed by her to disregard that notification that I am up-to-date with my payments and as I was reading this notification, I couldn’t breathe, but once again she took the time to listen to my concerns, look up my payment history and informed me to disregard that notification and once again she was very understanding and very professional

It was difficult. The operator talked really fast and they had a dialect that was not understandable so several times I asked to repeat and it became frustrating. Besides, the music was awful prior to it so it wasn’t a good set up from the beginning.

They say they sold my loan to someone else. they gave me no notice and now I am being billed by two different companies. Now servbank won't answer the phone. They are obviously crooked. How can I get my mortgage payment back? How can I prevent the loan from being sold to another lazy, dishonest company like servbank?

Well this is the worst company ever. There app won't show my info so I can make a payment along with there online will not show my info. Now I can't make my payment and will get charged a late fee because there stuff is not working. I tried to pay before the holiday but there system won't allow it. Looks like there trying to charge people late fees. Glad I will be done with this shit company soon.

Been a customer since the start of my loan, when the company was called The Money Source 2020. They lied saying they didn't have a PMI on my account even though a receive in the mail saying they had a PMI on my account. Plus in 2024 the postal service in the state i live in, were having problems after they changed some things, for almost two years. So my payment for one month was lost, even with me dropping it off directly at the post office. They reported they payment missed even with it being the following month. They posted as a double payment that month even though the payment was over the phone and discussed how the payment was meant to be. I never missed a payment when this happened and still haven't. Just recently I requested to talk to a supervisor, was told that it'll be within 24 to 48 hrs before hearing back from. So I said I want an email saying that the call back is setup and was told no they can't do that. It has been two weeks since that particular phone call and I still haven't heard anything from them.
Received an email from the company pertaining to this review. The issue that is with Servbank and they are the only ones that can resolve. Has just been ignored. I was told since the loan has been transferred to another company it is not their problem anymore. Even the the issue is when they were the ones that had the loan and has nothing to do with the new loan company.
If that does show proof of what they think of their customers!!

The automated stuff at the beginning is so stupid. I just need to talk to someone. When I finally get to talk to somebody they have such a strong accent I can barely understand them.

ServBank sold my mortgage to Valon in 2025. Now need form 1098 for taxes. ServBank said I must get it from Valon and Valon says they can only provide the 4 months they held loan. Both say the other is responsible for the first 8 months.

I DO NOT have a mortgage account with this company. Somehow when I mailed my January payment, the check ended up at this establishment. Instead of returning the check, they cashed It!!! And put my mortgage payment in some unknown account! I’ve had to file a police report and dispute the payment with my bank for fraud! Never heard of this bank and they clearly aren’t honest people!!
