Sentry Self Storage Anmeldelser

Site well organised and secure, staff v helpful, rates are competitive, excellent all round

Fabulously helpful staff. The units were very clean and access exceptional.

I was shown the size of the units because I wasn’t sure what size I needed
Roy sorted the small amount of paperwork needed
I was able to put gear in the unit I rented straight away
Quick easy no problems at all
Been back once to put more gear in plenty of parking on site

Very professional from start to finish. Great modern facility in Bournemouth. Excellent personal service both for booking and Colum at the site itself.

Excellent service. Very helpful and friendly staff. Would definitely use you again and would also recommend you to friends.

If we ever have any need to store anything again we'll definitely use Sentry at Chandlers Ford.
The team are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
The entire site is always clean and well accessible. Recently, in bad weather the ramp was better gritted than some of the roads!!
Chandlers Ford have a great selection of packing materials at a fair price and well stocked for urgent needs.
Initially we used a small unit to store items whilst we decorated and then moved in to a bigger unit to facilitate a house move and ended up storing for almost a year which was extremely helpful and greatly reduced the stress of moving.

Despite the fact that the building was still being finished, the team were more than helpful when I booked a container, and took the time to show me the space - clearly proud of what they were building.

Very helpful and accommodated our changing requests without problem.
Would happily recommend

Well organised excellent reception and containers in excellent condition

I was hiring a 35sq ft unit at Safestore for £192 per month. After 2 months there, fed up with high prices, I saw Sentry opened a new premises in Bournemouth and had 50sq ft for £100 per month! Incredible prices.
Very helpful staff. Nice spacious premises for pushing trolleys around. I particularly like the upper level because the daylight through the ceiling windows (frosted), plus the spotlights makes the unit really well lit inside.
Another plus is that their website lists all the prices! You don't have to give your email and phone number to get a quote and don't get bombarded with sales calls for days after.
Plenty of parking space too. Public toilet.
Brilliant.

Nice premises, clean, secure and managed by friendly and helpful staff. Everything we were looking for. The only thing that would make it better for us is if we could access our storage 24/7 - as it's only accessible during office hours.

We used to store a kitchen for 2 months no problem

Easy to access the site any time.
Easy to contact staff by phone when necessary.
Always very helpful.

Convenient location and service is amazing from start to finish. Incredibly helpful staff and very clean facilities. My only criticism is the opening days/hours which you have to plan around.

A good, reliable service, and the facilities are excellent, well maintained and easily accessible.

Very good safe facilities with easy access. Very helpful people working here, always nice to deal with, nothing too much trouble. Can't recommend highly enough. We'll definitely will be using their services and will recommend to anyone.

The gentleman I met at Waterlooville self storage was friendly.polite.and helpful.and I would use you again if I had to move home .and I would recommend you to family and friends if I heard they needed

We didn't know how long we would need storage but the staff were accommodating and flexible. I would definitely recommend.

Such a hassle free experience. I went down to look at a unit on a Saturday and was greeting by the manager. Within half an hour had the keys to a container. Simple and hassle free storage as it should be. Top well priced service

Clean facilities and easy to rent and easy to vacate. Would recommend.
