Fast Response Plumbers Ltd Anmeldelser

Called them in 2023 and the plumber was efficient then Couple of weeks ago an airlock in the hot water. Plumber called Adrian attended - polite, worked cleanly and efficiently - cleared the airlock and suggested fitting a high pressure ballcock which has cleared up a couple of other problems I was having with the water flow. Would thoroughly recommend!

Thanks for nice work as part of my claim last year.

The owner is dishonest and a rip off merchant. I’d already told him what my problem was and he then charged me 60 - a call out fee of 50 plus vat and then tried to charge me 59 plus vat for labour. An absolute clown. An absolute disgrace.

Excellent service, fast, efficient and overall very happy. We will use them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking. Thank you Alan and team!

Literally stole my money. I have had to report then. Took payment for far more work than they did. Refused to send an invoice.Do not use them

We have used Fast Response twice in the last couple of months for different time critical issues, in both instances a team member arrived straight away (SE4) and fixed the problems with no fuss or delay. Highly recommend

Received a great service from Fast Response Plumbers. I called them, a great plumber was sent to my apartment at the time agreed. He did a great job very quickly, my toilet is not liking anymore.
Five stars service!!

Fast response were quick to respond, came the same day, checked out the problem , found another problem, fixed it, and was generally helpful to resolve satisfactorily, including making good.

Really quick and got the job done in no time

Very efficient and responsive - fixed my leak on a weekend. Thanks Rob and Adrian!

I found a leak from the cistern of our downstairs toilet which required urgent attention. A web search revealed that this company had good reviews so I phoned them. The person I spoke to was polite and clearly explained the costs. He said a plumber would be round between 12- 4 that afternoon and I’d get a call at least 30 minutes before the plumber would arrive. As promised, I got a call about 40 mins before he arrived. The plumber arrived within the scheduled time frame. He was friendly and polite, explained the problem and what he needed to do. The leak was fixed, he pointed out an issue created by the builders who installed the toilet and left the toilet in a clean and tidy condition. Can’t ask for better service. Yes, it’s expensive, but probably the going rate for an emergency callout. If you have an emergency situation where you require the services of a plumber, I’d thoroughly recommend this company.
