Sentry Self Storage Anmeldelser

Great storage unit. Clive was really helpful as was anyone else I dealt with. Good prices too, with 2 months for price of one. Would definitely use again and recommend.

Great facility, easy access, very helpful staff.

great customer service and always a smile. The unit is well maintained and beautifully clean

Clive from the Worthing branch was fantastic from start to finish. The best thing about this site is the ability to have drive up access 24/7 - made our home move ten times easier. We are returning users and would 100% recommend, in particular the Worthing site. Thanks again Clive 🤩

Clive is fantastic - quick at replying and always able to help sort any issues that may occur! We have had between 4 and 6 containers over the past year with no problems.

Great Service

I have only had my belongings in storage for a month but so far, no complaints. From the moment I started to engage with Sentry, they have been nothing but friendly and helpful. On the day of moving my belongings into the unit, again I was greeted by Greg who couldn't have been more helpful. I honestly could not recommend this place enough.

Excellent service, never used a self storage before but all was clearly explained to me and my questions answered.
If I required storage again, I would happily return to Sentry.

Hired 20ft container for around 2 years for storing furniture (leather sofas, timber/mixed construction cabinets, soft furnishings etc. No signs of mould or ingress of water evident when funiture was removed. Great company to do business with.

Excellent customer service, great storage options, very clean and secure. Definitely recommend to family and friends.

Chichester Terminus Road site and staff member Steve Lawson are absolutely fantastic. Price wise the cheapest in town. Steve at this site is amazing, helpful, supportive and very understanding.
It really shows that he and the company really do care about their customers, not just the business.
I had some issues and found that I was not bombarded with constant contact. When we did speak, Steve was so willing to work with me to help to get things sorted. I can't thank him enough and will recommend this company and especially this site to anyone.

Fast and efficient service with friendly staff always willing to help.
Very cost effective with cheap rates for storage.

Superb service and facilities apart from your opening hours. We assumed that because you don't open on Sundays at Hedge End you would have usual hours for the rest of the week so we had to abort our trip today (Saturday), fortunately before getting too far. We should have checked properly and we won't make that mistake again! The trouble is that Saturday is the ideal time to sort out things for storage. The full cars will have to stay out of action till Monday. A bit frustrating. Nevertheless we will continue to recommend the friendly and helpful service from your team at Sentry. However we will remind people about the limited opening hours.

Professionalism
Flexibility - our arrival date changed
Helpful - judging the size of our storage items & confirming space chosen, was adequate
2:1 Introductory deal

Simple process and friendly staff. I walk in, sign the contract, get a discount and start unloading.

Really easy to use. I’ve had a couple of containers over the years. Clive is a great guy and couldn’t recommend enough.

This is the "human face" of storage solutions - the team are kind, attentive, flexible (when possible) - this isnt faceless corporate, this is old fashioned great service at it's best! AND great price too!

Clear terms and conditions. Good rates. Very helpful staff. Clean watertight store. Offered a choice. Easy to access.
