Very professional and nice help me set up the device because this was my first time.

Quick, simple, affordable. Doesn't get much better than that.

Haven't had it long, but arrived when expected and company followed up with a call to confirm it was working.

Ordered new service. Device delivery time promised at 2-4 days. It arrived 6 days after purchase. Seems to be a good product. Device is working properly and service will be continued until the elderly person passes to Heaven.

From the first call to receiving the product everything was easy including setting it up. First contact was great, and the representative was super friendly and extremely helpful. I'm so happy I made the choice and can now rest easy knowing my mom has a direct connection to help if she needs it.

My 92 year old mom has been a subscriber of Senior Safety Medical Alerts for more than 12 years. Mom lived independently in her own home until recently, when she moved to Assisted Living. The medical alert works as intended, but more importantly, the staff and customer service team are efficient, helpful and very kind!! We highly recommend this company!

Excellent help

Help came quickly after the safety button was pushed. Everyone worked as a team to help me after my husband fell.

I have not had to use it yet. When i did my check after getting my machine the person was very pleasant and helpful.

The power went out here and when I pushed the button you all were there, thank goodness there was no emergency but assured me someone was there. So, so far so good!

Caring people who understand the community they serve. Communication was excellent from beginning to the end. The monitors at the call center are wonderful and dedicated to helping out when people call whether it is for a test or an emergency. Keep up the good work.

Our situation is a little different than most. They put my mind at ease if something goes wrong. I could encounter a medical situation and my sister cannot dial a phone as she’s challenged. I know they would send help if she could not explain.

I am a home health social worker and found you all on the Internet about seven years ago and you are the only company I use and recently got one for my father thank you guys for your good service

Good communication, honest discussion about which system would be the best without trying to sell the most expensive, in fact a less expensive system was recommended as meeting my needs and not the one I thought I needed. Setup was easy with no problems (how often does that happen?). Any questions I had were answered fully and I was asked questions to assure that I understood, and I feel comfortable knowing that I can contact them if I have future questions or concerns.

What made my experience great was Senior Safety saved my mom. My mon had fallen in the hallway of her apartment, and she couldn’t get up, my mom pressed the panic button on her necklace and the operator had spoken with her and called the fire/ambulance service, and with in just a few minutes, the medical team arrived. While waiting for the ambulance, the operator had stayed on the line until they had arrived to help my mother. I was quite surprised that the operator of Senior Safety could hear her. The main panic box was in the living room, my mother had fallen between her kitchen and living room hallway. My mom surfed a broken femur bone, and is alive and recovering. I don’t know what I would do without a service like this! If she didn’t , no one would known that she was in distress!! And wouldn’t find out till later that night!
This service is very well worth it!
After a few hours at the hospital, someone from Senior Service had called me to ask how my mother was doing!!
I couldn’t believe it!!
There are people out there who actually Care about another human being .These days, it’s nothing but hate and division.
Not this company.
It’s all about love and respect.

Have not received the equipment for the alert

Your customer service is fantastic. Each time I have called with questions, the person on the other each was patient and answered all my questions.
