Needed storage space for my caravan…
Needed storage space for my caravan awning equipment.
I'm not from the area so couldn't be there on a weekday but someone went out of there way to meet me there on a Saturday to show me my storage locker.
The communication from them has been fantastic, especially Ruby who is very helpful.

Efficient, easy, clean and secure.
The whole administrative process happens smoothly and efficiently and Ruby is an absolute pleasure to deal with. The storage jis pristine and very secure yet easy to access as and when you need to. I would highly recommend Moorhouse Storage to anyone!

Moorhouse Storage and Ruby are brilliant!
Rented a unit from Ruby at Moorhouse Storage for 2months and start to finish she was fantastic. I could only sign up for the unit out of hours so Ruby opened up at 7.30pm for me, the unit was brilliant and such a smooth process at a time when we were between houses. Recommend to anyone needed storage to contact Ruby!

This is the 2nd time we’ve Moorhouse…
This is the 2nd time we’ve used Moorhouse storage and we’re well pleased with the service we received.
Staff are extremely polite and helpful.
The unit itself was clean and dry with easy 24 hour access.
I would highly recommend them.

If I could give six stars, I would..
Since our initial enquiry, all the staff have been so helpful. It was the first time we'd needed a storage unit, and we were guided through the different options and services that they could provide.
It made something that we had no experience of, a pain-free and simple process.
And when the time came to hand back the keys, this was completed with zero fuss, and our initial deposit was back in our bank the same day.
A great company to deal with - I would recommend to anyone!

Lovely team, great location and stress-free storage
From the start the team at Moorhouse were lovely. Helpful with any queries, the billing was always clear and on time and I had 24/7access to my storage which is super helpful when you work full-time. There's plenty of space to park at the unit, the storage units were clean, dry and secure. Would definitely use again although I'm not planning to move again for a while yet!
