This has been one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had.

My shipment was sent over three months ago with a promised 6–8 week delivery timeframe, and it still hasn’t arrived. I’ve spent weeks chasing updates, only to be met with silence or vague responses. No one seems able to give a clear answer.

On top of that, I was asked to pay extra fees, customs charges, and insurance, yet my shipment is now “on hold” with no proper explanation. Despite repeated attempts to contact them, I’ve had little to no meaningful communication for weeks.

At this point, it feels like I’ve paid a significant amount of money and still don’t have my belongings, with no urgency from the company to resolve it. The lack of transparency, accountability, and customer service is completely unacceptable.

I would strongly advise others to avoid this company.

The team was professional, friendly, and efficient, ensuring my belongings were safely packed and transported. Never ever use this cargo services based in Dubai, they are cheaters and they will talk sweetly until we pay and handover the cargo and after that they will delay and ask for extra money in the destination country to give the handover of Cargo.

Ken's World2Door llc International apartment move (Dubai to Europe):

I wish I had read their Google reviews before getting into business with Ken's World2Door LLC, as I would have seen all the complaints from their clients and would've never hired them.

They gave me an estimate price of 6500 dirhams upon physically surveying my apartment, without explaining the price increases trifold upon packing it.
They sent only TWO men for a one-bedroom apartment to pack, so the packing was from 2PM till 9:30PM excluding big furniture! I asked from their office to send one more person, I was ignored.
Upon packing and taking my cargo, they stated my household weight was 1400kg which seemed way too much, as there was no big furniture included, but I had to trust them. The new price upon packing was now 17000 dirhams! Shocked, I complained, they "reduced" the price to 16K dirhams.
The whole way of doing business and communication was unprofessional from beginning to end.
The packers were late and in a bad mood, almost broke the legs of my trampoline. They were shoving my belongings in the boxes without proper packing and protection.
As I saw their unprofessionalism and my cargo didn't even leave Dubai, I checked their Google reviews and was shocked to see slew of bad reviews and photos of damaged goods of their clients.
So, I decided to withdraw from working with Ken's World2Door llc. They were refusing to disclose the location of where my household was stored, which I requested to go and see before making the payment of packing and storing. Initially, they wanted to charge me 6000dhs for 3 days storage! Abrar, the man who communicated with me, even threatened that if I don't pay immediately, they'd charge me the full month's storage!
So, I had to get a lawyer to assist immediately!
I managed to reduce the price of packing and storing to 3000dhs and got to see my cargo.
After this, decided to go for an air shipping, as I had already had enough stress with Ken's World2Door llc.
For an air shipping, the weight has to be accurate. My actual cargo weight was 880kg. So Ken's World2Door falsely claimed my cargo was 600 kg more and attempted to charge me the false weight.
Eventually, my air shipping cost was less than Ken's World2Door wanted to charge me, and I received my cargo within a week, thankfully.

No wonder, you cannot find Google reviews for Ken's World2Door llc anymore, as they've removed it from Google afterward.
Obviously, I put in a complaint about them to the relevant Dubai authorities.
Terrible experience and I do not recommend.
