Awful application form & scary security experience
ISA application form was ambiguous & cotradictory. Fortunately, I phoned you and a very nice woman talked me through it. Never showed last page, got timed out, but somehow new ISA got created. Bit later I rang again. Your man said there was no record of my transfer request! He'd do it. But he needed my memorable word, & asked for a character greater than my 7 chars one! Had to go to security. Big hassle: very annoyed. Eventually, security guy said new word must be 6 chars plus. I am furious at this. However, in the end, STB did complete my transfer.

IMost helpful staff on telephone
I experienced difficulties when trying to renew my maturing deposit and spent 30 minutes on the telephone to a most helpful employee who talked me through the process

I had a question about my isa when I called they were extremely helpful and answered my questions.

Professional bank.
Easy to open a savings account for existing customer. Interest rate of 4.2% is good. The account can only be opened online as opposed to using the phone app. It took a few hours for the money to be transferred. The phone app did not give me any notification. I did receive email notification later on the same day. On the whole the bank deals with customers in a professional manner.
