The tale of two items

On Jan 22 I ordered two items, one from the UK and one from the USA. Today, after checking the tracking US/UK (USPS) It is due to be delivered, the UK item, sent apparently via a company I'd never heard of before, SecuredMail, isn't even in transit and is impossible to trace since there is no tracking mechanism available.

Shame cant give a ZERO

Shame cant give a ZERO! ordered for 23rd Dec at the latest parcel still sitting in London since 19th never even left , absolute joke got a Wowcher refund thankfully but what a way to push sellers down the pan , shameful and dont even suggest I call your money grabbing phone line should pay sellers compensation for loss of sales

Was expecting an item to be delivered…

Was expecting an item to be delivered on 19th December. Guess what? Correct, it hasn't arrived and the tracking shows that it is currently in London and been with them since the 16th. This is my tracking number. GB733710733710 Postcode NR19 1TQ
Don't use them if you want you package delivered.

Incompetent service

I ordered a present from vivotech who used this company to ship my item, it was so called passed to the royal mail and they'd billed the delivery group yet i never received it and had to request a refund from the company due to the delivery groups incompetent service. Then again i ordered a different present same tracking information 'royal mail has billed the delivery group' and my item hasnt shown up yet again. With it being so close to Christmas I'd expect better service and when i emailed the delivery group a week ago i got no response.

Oh Dear

Oh Dear. Had I have known these reviews were here I might have asked the seller which couriers they use prior to ordering. I have to say I have never heard of Secured Mail and I post & receive lots of parcels. Interesting their website waxes lyrical about how big they are, how many companies they serve etc etc.and yet all the reviews are negative. What is even funnier is the Trust Pilot dialogue box at the top of their review page, which states that the company hasn't actually asked for reviews !!!! I wonder why?? Needless to say I can't 'track' my parcel, because their tracking service is non-existent, and I won't call as the number looks like a premium cost number. Thankfully I paid by PayPal so will just request a refund if not arrived when advised it would.

My experience was very similar to those…

My experience was very similar to those already described. It proved impossible to use the tracking number provided by an Amazon seller, so I telephoned the number shown on this site in the responses to earlier complaints. A courteous young man answered the Secured Mail number and informed me that Yodel (sic) had no record of having received the item. He undertook to carry out a search for it and call me back. I never heard from him again. In the event it was delivered some 9 days after the Amazon seller said he had dispatched it. The delivery was made by private car, the driver saying that it had come from Yodel. Money Saving Expert rated Yodel as the worst courier in the UK a couple of years ago. Perhaps Secured Mail and Yodel make a rather poor team.

Can't track anything

Can't track anything. I have a Tracking number but the Website asks for "item reference" and "postcode"?? It doesn't work with the tracking number and my zipcode so I don't know what you want

Package never arrived

Package never arrived. Tracking does not work. Trying to contact them for any information is an other dead end. Why do retailers on Amazon work with them??

I'd give it zero stars if that were possible. Unable to track parcel however, the delivery was due two days ago. This isn't the first time I've had this issue either. Retailers should say how they goods will be delivered so that I'd know to avoid anyone using this (lack of) service. They are 😱

Can't track tracking numbers

Apparently it is so secure that even though you get a tracking number, there is no way to actually track it. No pointer to any tracking info page can be found on the secure mail website. If there is one, it is hidden extremely well. Not just from me, but from all the resources of amazon.com as well.

This is an absolute joke

This is an absolute joke, I have tried tracking my Item and i can not do this as the web page is took down??? I have ordered the parcel a week ago and still haven’t received it. It’s absolutely disgusting service, I have been waiting for this item as it was for my car to help pass mot and I had to cancel it otherwise I would of failed. I want to know where my parcel is and nobody can tell me. The tracking service is a joke it doesn’t even work. This is the worst service going and if I don’t get my parcel within the next couple of days I am taking this a step further.

Really bad actually. Still waiting for my parcel and worst of all no communication from secured mail. 2 weeks is pretty bad for an item that shpuld have been there within 2 days.

Still waiting for my parcel

Still waiting for my parcel, due at least a week ago for my daughters birthday. Tracking suggests its been handed over to royal mail, god knows what is going on, and probably not going to have the parcel in time. Why companies use this company is beyond me!

Items can appear to have remained in one destination for a period of time for a few reasons such as: the items service being upgraded and the original barcode then being void, or the item not having been received into the network by the seller and we have only therefore received pre-advice of the item, which is the first tracking event visible. They should not exist - apologies are not enough

I buy from TJC for quite some time and for some reason they use this company: it always takes close to one week to receive my items and when I check SecuredMail site (most of the time not working - no problems on my site whatsoever if you they want to blame somebody). My items are then passed onto RoyalMail, yet I cannot track them on SecuredMail as to what happened - they are an utter waste of time and should not exist in our part of the world, as shown here by the many negative reviews and only their apologies but not taking action.
