Dreadful service, unfortunately has cost a 3rd party seller on amazon a refund, but didn't receive my order so no choice but to as a refund, these 3rd party sellers need to boycott this company , cos they will go out of business from having to constantly issue refunds .

Unreliable Delivery Company
Like many others reporting on this company. I purchased an item on Amazon and shown as dispatched with tracking number provided. The tracked item hasn’t moved since first shown and it is apparent that it has been lost in transit. Looking at other reviews I can’t understand why companies would use this courier to move their goods. The courier looks to be making a living losing its parcels?? Strange…..

Ordered something from an Amazon "partner" was given a 2 day delivery window of Friday or Saturday ( ordered Monday) All day Saturday "tracking" showed delivery by 8pm. At 8.05, having been sure to be around all day, I get a message saying "sorry your parcel has been lost would you like us to re-send"

Cant give zero so yeah 1 star it is!! Unfortunately the company I bought from uses this company to deliver. Now who I bought my item off provided proof that this company collected my package on the 25th however Secure mail said they never got it until 27th at 7PM.....my item was due on the 28th latest surprise surprise it never showed up. Monday is a bank holiday and I highly doubt I will see it before Friday if at all seen as they never update the trackers

Pointless Tracking number
There isn't the ability to leave 0 stars so 1 has to do. You are provided with a tracking number that doesn't track it's like buying a new car without the engine. I should point out that you are given a lot of information about the company shame it's not what you are looking for.

absolutely rubbish
I am very disappointed because my item still hasn’t arrived after 3 weeks + despite the estimated time being 3-4 days. Do not order through their services. Not to mention the fact I am a minor and having to track down my item isn’t the most pleasing.
