Ordered several items, of which some were out of stock. We were advised of timescales and that once in stock they would be despatched.
Sadly I have had to chase all items, they show as in stock on the website and no communication from season or delivery unless I ask for the items each time.
Very disappointing- were they hoping I’d forget?
Won’t be back and don’t recommend.

Ordered a item and was in stock when ordered so paid for and expected delivery in 2 days, no follow up email or contact from them so chased it 6 days later to be informed it’s out of stock and won’t be ready for dispatch for another 18 days at least. All it takes is a email or to be honest about stock levels

Ordered a set of knives for my daughter. There were some confusions due to the knives came from different warehouses. However the issue was quickly resolved. Season customer service staff called me, got I touch with the delivery company and resolved the issues: part of the order was delivered within the next day.
I shall be buying from Season again, soon ☺️

Items ordered, items delivered next working day, items very good, one happy customer. Looked for ages and thankful I came across this site as the items were cheaper here than everywhere else.

I came across Seasons while looking for a particular product (Scanpan Sauté 26 inch).

Fantastic price (best on google shopping search) and the pan itself is amazing to use.

Service was great and my pan arrived promptly by DHL the following day.

I bought some knives that were in pre-order and sent an email to understand when they would be available. Richard was very nice in explaining the timescales of their suppliers and manage my expectations, as when I wrote I thought I might be waiting for long. With my huge surprise 2 days later my parcel was on the way.
I literally can't wait to buy more stuff, as the products are amazing, the prices extremely competitive and the customer service my new favourite.

Just bought online and received a casserole pan from Season Cookshop.
I wanted to say how impressed I was with their service: Prompt answering of my question; easy purchase process; excellent delivery (small waiting window and free) and a very good price!

I ordered the wrong colour product and sent an email to see if they can send me the colour I wanted (not expecting this to be possible). I received an email to say my product was dispatched so thought I wouldn’t be able to swap but then I received a new tracking email with the colour I meant to order and an email from customer service to say they resolved this for me. Couldn’t be more pleased with their service!

I am delighted to have found such a great place to buy some currently difficult to find Denby table ware.
My order was received and acknowledged really quickly and the package arrived at equally great speed. An errant item had escaped from the package and Valeria, the delightful manager at the Balham store, immediately stepped in and resolved the matter at lightning speed and with such professionalism.
I very much look forward to purchasing from Valeria and her team again soon.

After a lot of research/ surfing I found the exact Le Crueset casserole I had been looking for at the best price. In my excitement I ordered the wrong colour. When it arrived I was in 2 minds as whether to exchange it, expecting it would be a lot of effort. I was happy to find that the customer service was incredible. Although it was my mistake the return was free and the correct item was despatched within hours of receipt of my return.

I ordered a frying pan on 9th November. Full marks for communication, as it was clear that the item was out of stock and I was asked if I wished to wait - which I did. Come January, I received notification that the item was on it's way. The wrong item was delivered - After emailing and receiving instructions, I returned the saucepans the same day that they arrived. Given that they sent the wrong item, I feel that the vendor should have despatched the right item immediately. Instead, they have stopped answering my emails and nothing has arrived. Now I am approaching Shrove Tuesday with no frying pan. Apparently cheaper than other suppliers for a reason.

To add a follow up. After writing this review I was contacted by Jason, who has been amazing. I should be receiving my pan early next week (end of Feb). So I have upped my rating to a 3 star purely for communication and resolving problems.

A great service offered by Season,
Firstly a brilliant price with clear acknowledgment on their website that they were currently out of stock of the item but expected stock early January. We were keen on this particular product so were more than happy to continue with the order.
Jason and Charlotte kept me up to date on the progress of stock and then my order, and everything they said happened, when they said it would! I received regular friendly emails on the status of my order and now that it has arrived, I can confirm that it has been a great purchasing experience and that I would use Season again and highly recommend them.

Having searched for a particular pasta machine and finding it sold out at most places I would normally shop from John Lewis to Lakeland I came across Season and found it. It arrived the next day and delivery was free of charge. On top of the great service it was also cheaper than the price quoted on the same machine on Amazon. In these weird times it was very uplifting! The machine was exactly what I ordered and in perfect condition, I will certainly look at this company again for cookery equipment.

Have sent three emails to this company and had no reply. Ordered an item that was supposed to be shipped in two days. It’s been two weeks and I’ve heard nothing. Very poor, cannot recommend.

I ordered some Le Crueset saucepans from Seasons as they were a good price. As soon as I’d ordered them I got an email saying the order was confirmed but no suggestion of any delivery date.

I waited a few days and hadn’t heard anything so I called and was told I’m in a queue of around 200 so the best I could hope for was a couple of weeks but they couldn’t guarantee it.

I asked for the order to be cancelled and it was without any fuss. The money was repaid quickly back into my account but it’s a shame about the lack of communication around deliveries.

I actually found the pan set a staggering £45 cheaper elsewhere (and Seasons had them at a good price!) and they have now been delivered within a few days.

I recently ordered a le creuset cast iron casserole pot - season cookshop were cheaper than anyone else I found online (it's lockdown). Then I realised that I had ordered the wrong colour by mistake. I called them within 2 hours, and they got a message to their warehouse and delivered my beautiful pot the next day. Great price, great service.

I felt I had to write this review after reading some poor reviews about communicating. I recently placed an order for a pasta maker on next day delivery when it wasn’t despatched I emailed them to ask why, they replied the same day and the pasta maker was on preorder which I didn’t read before placing my order. I was offered a refund which I accepted and this was processed straight away. First class customer service, thank you
