Do not buy from this website.

They delieverd the item and did not leave in the covered porch properly and it got absolutely ruined. Also, they opened up all hte items in the order to add packaging and this has damaged all the boxes.

I always order Le Creuset and other Kitchenware from this amazing store. Very professional, quick turnover and smooth transaction. I highly recommend them!

Ordered Le Creuset mug and bowls and arrived safe and packed well. The delivery was fast and no hassle. They have great prices on other items too so I might have discovered my new favourite website for kitchen stuff!

I ordered a Le Creuset casserole dish which was damaged in transit. Louise arranged for free collection and a replacement within 2 working days. It was hassle free and great customer service from her.

I was very nervous about ordering due to the limited number of reviews and the cost of the item I was purchasing but I completed the order via PayPal for added protection. I have say that I am absolutely thrilled with my purchase. I placed the order on Wednesday night at gone 7pm and they were delivered Friday afternoon. The items arrived in two protective boxes, then the manufacturers box, including padding packaging and were in pristine condition. They had a big discount on the items that I wanted (Le Creuset set) and I also paid no postage due to going over the free postage threshold. I cannot fault the service and will definitely be using this company again. Thank you so much.

I placed an order for a kettle on a monday evening, and the kettle arrived Wednesday lunch time. The kettle was well packaged and I received emails informing me when i was dispatched and when it would arrive.

It was very straightforward, from a UK company, and cheaper than many online alternatives.

Yes I had read a few negative reviews but Ecookshop had in stock exactly what I was looking for. Having recently changed over our every day plates I really needed a similar simple white salad plate which they had. The plates by Portmeirion were a perfect match. Price was amazing. Order was dispatched really quickly with amazing packaging. Arrived safely. Very happy with my purchase. I’ll definitely consider buying from Ecookshop again as and when.

I ordered some glasses and the courier said they had delivered them when they had not. I rang the store who were sympathetic, polite and efficient, got onto the courier, sorted it and rang straight back. I now have the glasses - well packaged and a better deal than elsewhere.

I ordered a Le Creuset baking dish set from the ecookshop site on 2 December for my son’s birthday. The first delivery arrived with the dish having a deep scratch. I reported it immediately with photos and then heard absolutely nothing for four days until I chased them. I was told on email that the delay was because a staff member was out of the office.

A replacement arrived on 16 December, after the birthday it was bought for and it was also badly scratched, showing zero quality control. I was then expected to walk 20 minutes to the post office with a child in a buggy to return the damaged item.

The third dish finally arrived undamaged, over a month after the original order. Despite the missed event, repeated faults, and inconvenience, I was told there would be no compensation because the issue was “resolved.” This is shockingly poor customer service and a complete lack of respect for customers’ time. Do not buy from this company.

What can I tell?! Despite some not so great reviews I still gave it a try. And no regrets, Really quick delivery from a courier; the product was very well packed showing care to prevent any damage; And the best part was the price. I’m definitely coming back and recommending them to friends.

Fast delivery and the delivered items look genuine Le Creuset casserole pan. Looks like old stock in new boxes.

Louise at Ecookshop responded to my price match on a Sunday, yes a Sunday! Not only that but she guided me through my order right to dispatch. She also ensured I got the carrier I wanted (not Evri!). The parcel arrived today and it is exactly what I requested, with a price matching refund and superb communications.

I ordered a Denby dinner service from ecookshop.co.uk yesterday and it came today! Perfectly packaged and no breakages (unlike my John Lewis delivery that came in a million pieces).
Super happy with the price, the dinner set and the service received. I will happily purchase from here again.

Ordered a Kitchenaid coffee grinder, at a very good price, from Dawsons ecookshop. Arrived very quickly. Unfortunately it developed a fault after 2 weeks - not the retailers fault.
Yesterday I spent 40 minutes on hold to kitchenaid before anybody answered the phone. Only for the very disinterested agent to suggest I try things that I’d already googled ,with no result, AND already told him that I’d tried. He suggested I contact the retailer.
With a heavy heart I called Dawsons. My call was answered in seconds by a very polite operative. I explained the issue and without question he apologised, ordered a replacement, explained about collection and emailed me the free returns label. The new grinder is out for delivery today!
Absolutely superb service and I will definitely be purchasing from them again!

I bought a set of 6 Le Creuset stoneware bowls on offer at a good price. They were dispatched very quickly and delivered on time by DPD the next day. They were wrapped extremely securely and arrived in their original packaging without a scratch.

Needed to replace a dish from an old Denby set, found it on this site. Quickly delivered in safe packaging, very pleased.
