Very helpful from the start, good quality blinds,kept up to date with fitting times, fitter arrived on the dot, very pleasant, done the job in no time, vey pleased with product, they look lovely, quite a lengthy waiting time, for fitting, but none the less very pleased,

All told an amazing experience. Phil was so helpful and patient in the showroom, going through all the options of the hundreds of samples they have in there, and I am quite indecisive!
Then Fabio and Neil were booked in for a 12-2pm slot, and where they were slightly running early they were kind enough to wait patiently outside until I was available. After a seamless installation of 4 blinds, where 3 are mechanical they left. I tried the remote on one which was set up backwards, where up went down and down went up, I emailed and they were back at my door to correct this within minutes. I’m so pleased with this company, and I’m looking forward to having blinds! Very professional and courteous bunch! Thank you Phil, Fabio and Neil.

I have used this company before and they were excellent so did not hesitate to use them again. Their customer service is amazing, from the showroom where we advised about what type of blinds were best for our rooms, a home visit to get exact measurements and the installation. Friendly and professional team from start to finish and very pleased with the quality of blinds. They are a small and local business and I would highly recommend them.

Phil and his team is very helpful throughout the whole process, from selecting the fabric, coming to our home to take measures and installing the blinds. Highly recommended!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
My partner and I wanted to use this company instead of the usual other big branded blind companies so we could support local businesses. We went to the store and chose our new blinds and their colour and tapes. We booked in our fitting appointment after waiting for the blinds to be made which was around 4 weeks before which was fine but when the day of the fitting came, straight away it was noticed that there was no tapes on the blinds for upstairs or downstairs even though it was on our invoice. We spoke with our fitter who offered a small discount to compensate for that, we agreed the price as the blinds still looked nice. It was shortly afterwards we noticed the blinds downstairs were white and not the grey we had chosen. At this point for the amount of time and money we had spent on these blinds it did not match the end product we should have received.
This was raised with the manager who was completely dismissive, did not apologise and kept stating ‘it’s the suppliers fault not mine’ this is not the response we expected from him at all and he was completely against trying to offer any sort of resolution or discount for the fact the blinds are not what we ordered. In the end he said ‘how much?’ To which we put forward an offer of discount to keep the blinds we hadn’t ordered and to which he then tried to lie and state he never asked us what discount we would want. He sat and argued consistently on the phone for a good 10 minutes stating ‘he will be loosing money’ and ‘suppliers make mistakes’ but at no point could see why we were so frustrated. Our fitter was the saving grace who saw our frustrations and contacted the manager himself to agree the discount which was honoured.
While the blinds finished being fitted one of the mechanisms did not work to which the manager needed to attend our property where he made our fitter bring the blinds back outside the house and did not even make the effort to greet us. Once the blinds were fitted it was noticed the request when ordering them for both toggles to be on the right hand side of the blind so access was easier to open and close them, this was also ignored or I’m sure he would say another ‘supplier error’. So all in all the wrong colour blinds, no tapes and the toggles were wrong. Would not advise anyone to use such an unprofessional dismissive service from a money orientated manager.

James was excellent in fitting my blinds. He was quick and efficient and pleasant to talk to. I have used London Blind Company before and shall do in the future.

Phil the Manager was very helpful in explaining the different sorts of blinds we could have on our bifolding doors. We are very pleased with them. The fitter came (sorry didn’t ask his name)and did a very good job, very efficiently, cleared up etc. we would have no hesitation in recommending The London Blind Co.

I’ve had window shutters fitted by London blinds on my first property and now at my new property and both times I’ve been so happy with the quality and workmanship. I would highly recommend London blinds if you’re thinking of having window shutters fitted. ☺️👍🏻

Bought incredibly expensive blackout blinds which leak masses of light due to seemingly immensely poor design. Spoke to company which seemed disinterested in resolving the problem. Going to get someone else in at my expense to fix the problem with this.

Bought much cheaper blinds from random blind website and they work beautifully. Stunningly paying a small fortune for blinds from this company was a waste of money.

All the way through from enquiry to order to fitting, this company was helpful friendly and efficient. Have used them every time we have had blinds fitted. May be a small local business but not small on professionalism or expertise.

Really god service, bit of a wait for the shutters however I was told this was the case but they did arrive on time and was worth the wait so pleased with how they look , fitters did a great job

James did a fantastic job fitting a new kitchen blind and shade curtain for our living room. He is very friendly and professional and we were very grateful for his help.

From start to finish the process of ordering blinds from London Blind Company in Bexleyheath was seamless. Staff were efficient, knowledgeable and no question was too silly, the price was the best in the market compared to other quotes I received. All in all a good service which I am delighted with.

The shop staff were very informative and helpful, not pushy at all and gave an instant quote.
The installation was efficient and James asked if we had any questions, which he then answered fully. He even took our old blinds away.
