Great service!
I’d like to compliment the Scrub supply team. Karina was very helpful while I was choosing my scrubs and she was very thorough with my embroidery requests also. I received the order in SA in a few weeks and I was very happy with the quality of the material and the embroidery.
I would definitely be using them in the future for new scrubs designs!

It's hard to give a positive review…
It's hard to give a positive review when i still have not received my order almost a month after placing it...I don't know why this rating email was sent out in the first place anyway as I don't have anything to rate?
I knew some of the items would be backordered and that there was some delay on the manufacturer's part which I was made aware of, and I did expact some delays there, but not this much...
after sending my order the tracking system somehow was not working, I sent an email, a promise was made to fix it and that my order will be with me in 3-5 working days.
Well, I still haven't received my order, and it is not even in my country yet.
I'm quite disappointed as the last time I ordered through this website, everything went smoothly and my goods were with me after 3-4 days. I don't know what happened since then?

Besides the delay due to the backorder was there an issue with German Post DHL Tracking page that did not show the current tracking status, as shown in the tracking I've send you in my email was the item shipped by us instantly and is it since the 4th this month in Hungary and about to be delivered.
