One month of waiting and counting...
My order came in half(it was split in two shippings) after one month of waiting!!! The other part has not arrived yet!
Unacceptable delay. Even if I ordered a car it would have arrived by now.

Thank you for your review, as I've just wrote you in my email we've looked in to the delay and we shipped instantly as you know, we are sorry that the delivery took 15 business days but as you can see in the tracking all delay was caused within Greece, although we are sorry for this delay is this unfortunately out of our control, this is why we offer DHL EXPRESS service as well if time is of the essence.
Regarding the orde being shipped in two parts, as mentioned was this due to the fact that one item was in backorder as you knew. Therefor was this item shipped separately in order to not keep the rest of the order on hold for this one item.
Looking forward hearing from you on my email, we are always happy to assist or improve our service where possible only as you will understand are local delivery delays unfortunately out of our control.

Excellent customer service and super helpful, we needed Express shipping since we needed the scrubs shipped here to South Korea within the shortest time possible and they went all the way to find the best option for us. Ordered on Friday and delivered on Monday!! And besides excellent service also the best scrubs ever!! Never order from anywhere else

It's been almost a month and I still…
It's been almost a month and I still have yet to receive my scrubs from you all. You donhave some amazing scrubs, but the wait time is ridiculous. I don't care if things are backed up but over a month and then it says it won't be here until the 27th feb to 2nd march and I ordered them on 12 January. Come on now that a little bit long. I think it took the slowest to leave the warehouse and not to mention I paid for extradited shipping. I wish there were someway you could be a little bit more timely with your customers. If your scrubs weren't 100% amazing and I do mean that I would go elsewhere. I am a short skinny male and this is the only place I have found scrubs to fit. I wish we had a warehouse in the us then it may be faster. I'd run a warehouse here just for those scrubs just so the people in the us didn't have long wait times. They gave me a refund for the inconvenience of taking so long. Add a 1 day shipping that would help speed up the process.. I don't care if the 1 day shipping is 30 bucks. I'd totally pay for it. This company does help out there people just takes a long time to arrive thats all.

Thank you for your review, as I just wrote in my email to you did we ship out instantly within 7,5 hours and this because the order came in at midnight (0:33) and wasn't shipped until 7:38 am.
We only see as I explained in my email to you as well an extreem delay caused by customs, this still due to COVID-19. As mentioned we currently don't have Express or Extradited shipping only Insured shipping from DHL. We are working hard on reaching an agreement with DHL and others to be able to offer Express shipping soon, we expect to be launching this in the coming weeks.
