Simply Scrubs Size 35-37 is measures 32!
Just received 3 sets of Simply Scrubs turtle neck zip up (mens) scrubs). Love the fabric and the style but they are considerably smaller that we expected and smaller too than the sizing as detailed on the website. The large trousers should be 35-37 inch waist (per website) but measure exactly 32 inch. The largest size is XL which is (based on the size L) also going to be too small. I have sent an email and would ideally like the set in a XXL. I have also asked that they cover the cost of the return shipping as the mistake is theirs, not ours.

The only company that have Koi Scrubs in petite sizes!
This is the only company that has actually been able to fulfill an order for me for Koi scrubs in petite sizing.
Whilst delivery took a while I was contacted by the company to explain that the trousers were on back order and I was given a tracking reference to follow once they were dispatched.
Unfortunately the trousers I ordered were too big so I'll be returning them to exchange for a smaller size but I will definitely order from this company again. The scrubs are such good quality, wash well, available in a wide variety of colours, and the communication and customer service from the company has been excellent!

Skulle bestille noe fra nettsida deres, og så ble kortet mitt avvist hele tiden. Tok kontakt med kundeservice som hjalp meg med å velge en annen betalingsmetode, selv om det ikke var mulig på nettsida.
Endte opp med å bruke paypal, noe jeg er veldig fornøyd med mtp. Kjøpsbeskyttelse gjennom paypal.
Siden jeg la inn ordren i dag, vet jeg ikke hvordan det er med leveringstid, eller hvordan produktene deres er, men kundeservicen var hvertfall tip topp!
+ for at det ikke koster skjorta å få fraktet til Norge, noe det gjør hos de fleste andre lignende nettbutikker!

As you know we gave you the option to wait on new items to come in or to get a refund, you chose for the refund which we send out instantly, I do not understand why you write that you had to fight for this?
