Don't bother ordering. It's been three weeks since I placed my order and my scrubs are nowhere to be found. The customer service gives generic responses, unintrested in providing help or support. 1/5 would not recommend to anyone.

As mentioned over and over per email is the order with Hrvatska Posta. Why they have delay is unclear to us and as mentioned how much we would like to give you more information about the delay we do not get more information then yourself from them. I’m sorry that you have the idea that our response is “generic” but we can not share you more information then you receive yourself from Hrvatska Posta about the delay they are having.

Worst company I ever dealt with
Worst company I ever dealt with, first I’ve been waiting for my order nearly one month, after 2 weeks I’ve sent an email with cancellation which apparently cannot be found in their records. When I finally received my order I’ve decided to return straight away, but I’ve been told I can only exchange because it was sale item (never mentioned before), not professional and lack of contact. Oh forgot to mention return label are not provided you have to post it on your own costs ( to Netherlands)
It was my first and last order!!! Don’t recommend

I'm really into Scrubs Supply for my healthcare gear. They offer a huge selection, and shopping was super easy. Their team was quick to help me out with any questions. Stay away from this company. They’re misleading their customers. On their website it says they have to back order the items and may take 10 days for the items to arrive but I was waiting for nearly 3 weeks now and still no items. BEWARE!

Thank you for reviewing us only your review is not correct as you know. As you know we had to special order the pants for you in petite. Unfortunately, due to an error by our team the tops were not reserved correctly for you what caused them to be on backorder as well.
Your order has per your request been canceled and fully refunded since you did not want to wait. So I do not know what your referring to exactly but indeed after you request to cancel the order the items will indeed not be delivered.

I had a really bad experience with…
I had a really bad experience with scrub-supply.com. Their delivery service was much slower than their promised policy. After I posted my return, it took them about a month to respond, only to accuse me of sending back an item in bad condition, seemingly as an excuse not to refund me. This entire ordeal was frustrating and showed a lack of professionalism on their part.
I caution others to be wary when dealing with this company.
Choosing them was a regrettable decision and I do not recommend their services.

You informed me about the supposed damage to the returned item after a month, without providing substantial proof. This situation leads me to believe it was a deliberate attempt to avoid refunding me.
I felt it was important to share my experience publicly. I had hoped for a more professional response from your side. As for the €50, you can keep it as a gift.
For sure not going to spend any penny on your products and by the way low quality products for the prices you asking!

Therefore I’m happy to post here the conversation we had per email to you to keep things transparent.

Your order was placed on the 11th of December at 20:59 and shipped instantly the next morning as is also shown in the tracking (https://tracking.postnl.nl/track-and-trace/LA612318906NL-IE) the delivery is indeed normally in 3 to 5 business days however since you used free standard shipping is this not a guarantee, especially the days leading up to the holidays is there unfortunately sometimes some delay what resulted that the delivery was in 7 business days (on December 20) instead of the normal 3 to 5. Although we just as you want to have the orders delivered as quickly as possible, I think this falls for the time of the year within a reasonable time frame.
The return is instantly processed the moment we receive the parcel in with us. The shipping time the return takes to reach us is not something we control furthermore is our advice always to use an insured and tracked service on orders of more value. Besides that I do not know when you posted the item back to us will also here have been delay due to the holidays because of the high volume of parcels that are being processed by the postal service and customs.
Regarding the rest of your email, I do not completely understand, first of all we do not hold you liable in any way as you state, we just inform you that we cannot accept the return since the item is not returned undamaged to us. Neither do I understand what you mean with “first of several service shortcomings” if there is anything I’m not aware of then please let me know then I gladly look into this. The same regarding our communications which are disappointing according to you. If you mean with this that we not simply accept the return of the damaged item then it is what it is, again if I miss something here then please explain.
Again, we are very keen on customer service however does this not mean that we will deviate from our policies, as mentioned earlier we are committed to customer satisfaction in full compliance with our established policies and cannot involve exceptions that would contravene these guidelines. These policies are in place not only to maintain the integrity and standards of our operations but also to ensure fairness and consistency for all our customers.
I appreciate your understanding on these matters and am looking forward to assisting you with any other doubts you might have, needless to say that after reevaluation the decision will not change regarding the wet and stained top.
P.s. to my knowledge the pictures were already attached in the first email that my colleague sent you, but I have them attached here again as well.
