Great scrubs
Great scrubs. The colours are vibrant. Very elegant and stylish. The only thing I had an issue was the backorder and the shipment. I received my order to Greece after 2 weeks close to 3. But in my opinion it's worth it.

Ogólnie jakość odzieży jest dobra. Natomiast czas oczekiwanie na zamówienie od 26.09. do 18.11. to duża przesada. Najwidoczniej firma ma problemy logistyczne. Nie skorzystam z usług tego sklepu już więcej.

Jak zapewne wiesz, część zamówionych przez Ciebie produktów była w przedsprzedaży, co spowodowało opóźnienia wynikające z dużego popytu w tym okresie. Niestety, były to opóźnienia po stronie produkcji, za co serdecznie przepraszamy. Dodatkowo zauważyliśmy, że przesyłka była gotowa do odbioru po nieudanej próbie dostarczenia, ponieważ nikogo nie było na miejscu w momencie dostawy – na co niestety nie mamy wpływu.
Mamy nadzieję, że jakość odzieży spełniła Twoje oczekiwania i że dasz nam szansę w przyszłości, aby udowodnić, że takie opóźnienia są incydentalne. Jeśli jest coś, w czym możemy Ci pomóc, prosimy o kontakt – chętnie pomożemy.

Worst online shopping experience ever!!!
Do NOT order from this site. I placed my order on october 16 and received it today, november 19. Firstly, the shipment was postponed for almost two weeks due to a backorder problem. When I finally received the email confirming the order was shipped it ended up in Canada instead of Croatia and if I hadn't noticed it and contacted them I probably wouldn't have ever gotten it. The customer service is quick to respond but isn't of any help as they give very general answers and never reach out themselves instead you have to beg them for some news or info. Spare yourself some time and sanity and avoid this site.

Very poor experience
Very poor experience. For buyers in Ireland you can buy direct from the manufacturers in America + use (redacted) for a fraction of the price and quicker
I paid for a product 2 weeks ago that they still do not have in their possession. I asked for a refund but they denied me and now I have to wait for the product to be delivered and then process a refund. Thus wasting another 2 weeks of my time and the waste and expense

While it may seem that purchasing directly from the U.S. offers significant cost savings, this comparison doesn’t account for additional costs such as import duties, VAT, and shipping fees to Ireland. These extra charges can substantially increase the final price when ordering from overseas. For example, the base price of your items is $32 USD (approximately €28.65), but when you include the 12% import duty, 24% VAT, and shipping fees, the total cost will exceed what you paid with us. We aim to offer competitive pricing that takes these factors into account, providing our customers with a transparent and convenient shopping experience.
We understand that the delay in fulfilling your order has been frustrating, and we sincerely apologize for this inconvenience. Due to unexpectedly high demand, 3 of the 4 items you ordered were temporarily out of stock, which we communicated to you via email. However, we recognize that this information may not have been as clear as it should have been at the time of purchase, since you ordered 4 of the same items the back order notification was not shown correctly in the product page and checkout. We are actively working to improve how we display stock availability during the purchasing process.
Regarding your request for a refund, we regret that we were unable to cancel the order once it had been processed.
