1st Class Choices, Prices & Service
1st class service. After looking around at various other online store I finally came across Scooters Direct and they had the best selection and even though it was near Christmas they hadn’t artificially inflated any of there prices unlike some of the stores we had looked at.
So we picked out the scooter we had been looking for which via Scooter Direct was a lot cheaper than other sites and placed our order. Within 2 days our scooter had arrived.

We are so sorry to hear that you haven't received any updates with regards to the shipping of your product. These may have found their way into your junk/spam files. We can confirm that your order was dispatch on the 9th December 2021 and is on the way to you. While there isn't a tracking number for this, we will receive confirmation of delivery once it arrives. Sadly, international orders are taking longer to arrive than usual due to the Christmas Period and increased Covid-19 cases but hopefully this will be with you soon.

Thi is solely the reason as to why is always worth it to buy directly of them rather than AliExpress or any other Chinese vendors. Great service with amazing customer care.

Never received
Scooter was never received due to delivery company ignoring the request to deliver to a neighbour and left it outside. Still no refund despite all investigations being completed. Ignoring emails. 21 days later and have had to contact credit card company.

Customer services is good generally
Customer services is good generally, some defects were found in electric scooter but those were fixed and replaced parts just in one day. The quality of product is excellent and have 14 days warranty. Overall feeling good and will continuous to buy.

Item received with a missing part
Item received with a missing part. Contacted scooters direct to advise of missing part. Scooters Direct asked images of the bag the tools/parts come in and a picture of the e-scooter. Contacting them to advise if a missing part wasn’t good enough. Provided said images and heard nothing so had to chase them for them finally to agree to send out the missing part.
