activation wont work at all
First of all the activation wont work at all and i have held the brake and throttle down for an hour after fully charging and nothing. If i learnt something its this GET AN EBIKE INSTEAD

The scooter I bought is amazing and I give that 5 stars, but, I had a message saying it had been delivered so when I got home it wasn't there, I emailed the place only to et a message from them saying it been delivered I explained it hadn't and that's all they kept saying to me, and that's why I gave a 3 for, poor customer service you need to improve this,I have changed this to 4 stars, I did not no at the time it was fed ex fault but that doesn't change anything towards customer service, it would have helped if you could have tried to find the problem and give me some advice what to do, as it was my lad birthday, thanks alan

We are so sorry that you had a bad experience. The FedEx tracking details for your order did state that the order had been delivered and unfortunately, we are only able to go by the information that the courier provide us with I'm afraid. They are a separate company to ourselves and are completely out of our control sadly. Looking through your correspondence with our customer service team, I can see that they did provided you with the delivery confirmation details provided by FedEx, however, it was an error by a FedEx driver that caused the slight delay to your parcel. We are pleased that FedEx were able to get this to you the next day and hope that you are enjoying your scooter.

Scooters direct have an excellent choice of e-scooters. I always purchase from reputable companies when it comes to buying goods. They have fantastic reviews, rapid next day delivery and clearly itemise what each e-scooter is capable of. I would highly recommend purchasing from this company they have a great returns policy and warranty from what I have researched.

Bought a scooter it was dead on arrival sent it back and waited over 2 weeks stil no refund after paying £450 and £45 to return it back! Got a very upset little boy! ABSOUTLE JOKE!!!!

When returning a faulty product, we certainly don't expect you to cover the cost of returns postage. We can reimburse this up to £15 or we are able to arrange a collection for large items such as scooters if this is more convenient.
