Bought scooter with no manuel and broken throttle
Bought scooter,no manuel with it and throttle was broken.stupidly tried to fix it myself and broke part,bearing in mind it wasn’t assembled properly by company in first place m.company said I have to pay for part which is a no no.I’d like a new scooter asap,not holding my breath and wouldn’t recommend company to anyone after this experience

Excellent service and excellent product
Ordered once Decent One electric scooter and one Decent One Max electric scooter both grade B. Both scooters arrived within the alloted time, both in original packaging and neither looked like they had even been taken out of the box and used at all. Highly recommended Scooter Geeks in the future.

The unagi scooter came in almost brand new condition, it’s in 100% working order and the battery is performing as it should. The fact this cost less than half the retail price made it a fantastic bargain. I bought through Klarna for the added consumer protection just incase there was issue but there wasn’t any at all.

Very disappointed
Brought one for my partners birthday. Scooter arrived. Did not charge so sent back. Replacement sent back to me and still the same problem. I thought they would have tested the scooters! Now looking elsewhere for a decent birthday present that works!1

Very good for what I want
Very good for what I want, use to put in car and get it out to ride round lake with dogs. I have foot and knee injury so can't walk round, but can ride and let dogs run off lead so they get to exercise. Folds very easily, is a little heavy but I can lift in and out car.

Sold me a scooter that did not charge properly so they didn’t test it before sending it out and I don’t really no a company who doesn’t have a phone number just email so hardly get back to you waiting for a refund so that will take weeks I guess, poor very poor would not buy of them again

We are very sorry to hear that you had a bad experience.
I can assure you that all of our graded models are tested prior to being sold, however, batteries are perishable goods so can deplete over time unexpectedly and without warning. I can see that you returned the scooter to us where we provided a replacement, new battery under the warranty for you. From your correspondence with our customer service team, we received your first email at 12.07pm on 8th September and a reply was sent to you at 12.12pm on 8th September. While we do not have a telephone line, our customer service team work incredibly hard to make sure everyone is responded to as quickly as they possibly can. There were several emails between yourself and the customer service team who raised a collection to get this back by 12pm on 9th September. Our returns policy does state that 'once returned, we will require up to 21 working days to fully test and potentially repair the product.' however, our engineers do everything they can to turn this around as quickly as possible. I can see that your model was returned to you on 22nd September after arriving with us on 13th September which is far less than the 21 working days on our returns policy.

Brought a riley electric scooter spare battery bag online.
Arrived when it was said.
The photos online do not do the battery bag justice as it it strong and very well made.
Impressive...
