Brand new scooter that is only a few weeks old and already doesn't hold it's charge for more than 20minutes when it's meant to last 30 miles

I brought 2 of the same, My sons scooter broke down in few days as fault, I emailed them
They sent dpd for Friday by Tuesday morning they were sending new one out as replacement.
Brilliant. & scooters are good condition & part from that fault, nothing wrong with them & recommend scootergeeks.

I bought a decent one grade b, the first time i took it out to test it, i had it on full power doing 25 kph on a private road with my friend behind me in his car, all of a sudden the handle bars felt like they had snapped and they dropped back towards me and were loose, i went into a speed wobble and almost lost control which could of led to me being seriously injured and the car behind hitting me, by a miracle i regained control enough to bring the scooter to a stop, i had a look at the quick release that allows you to fold down the scooter and the silver catch that holds the quick release in place was worn and barely catches the quick release to hold it in a safe position, also there was one screw missing and the other was loose on the catch, i am annoyed that the company didnt spot this fault on my scooter, il admit i didnt spot it either but this is my first time buying a scooter this company is called scooter geeks i would have thought they have the knowledge to spot a dodgy catch like that its very important to the safety of the scooter

I bought a grade C scooter. It is a much better scooter than I expected. No parts are missing at all, just couple of scratches as you can expect from refurbished item, but nothing serious. Battery life looks Okay. Next day delivery. Very happy with purchase. Well done. Thank you very much

Not a great experience. Purchased a grade B scooter and it had significant wear on the tyres and a lot of bodywork damage. Only response I got from their customer service that a grade B is a used scooter and I can return it to them at my cost. Also I felt there was little trust from the customer service team - they make you feel like you are pulling a fast one. Maybe you get lucky and get one that meets your expectation - but I didn't. Anyway, I had mine stolen so bought one in better condition with the insurance at a cheaper price at a well know internet market place. There you can see what you are buying and they are nicer to do business with.
2 stars because at least they responded.

Tyres were flat on a grade b scooter however I need to replace iner tunes which scooter geeks sent to me but I had to get it done at Halfords which cost 25 pounds and they refused to pay for I am not happy and hesitant on getting another one if I have to replace the tubes again and pay for service

I have been absolutely disgusted with the item I received off you . I have tried to contact you and your customer service and this has also been a poor

Do not buy from this company it’s a rip off sold goods what don’t even work… with the price of things you think you would get at least one go of the scooters WRONG out the box n motor had gon. Will not replace it refund

Great service ordered for Xmas came on time with delivery set it up and was ready to use fully charged have not been out on it as it’s for son for Xmas but have tried in house and all works well so far would well recommend to be fair if you buy brand new you could have issues buying a refub means it’s all tested and working perfectly so you know no issues also were upfront about any issues as it said mine can damage on read mudguard which turned out to be a tiny fingernail size crack well impressed and would recomend and use again no problem

The suspension was here with in a couple of days or ordered

I have now waited over 3weeks for parts to fix my as advertised fully functioning scooter .. the lack of care is a joke and the fact they are only interested in taking your money product quality is not an issue to them even tho my scooter with a buckled disk break and battery that doesn't hold charge .. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS as my scooter is not what they advertised its not even close to it .. they also agreed to send replacement parts after 2 weeks which took a week to arrive and was also missing parts .. please resolve my problem or refund me
