Terrible customer service
Really wanted to like the product but the rear kit had significant play in the shock absorber causing it to rattle when riding , after waiting a week to get a response from e scooter geeks” engineer “ and then still not actually getting a response at all I had to chase them 4 times before I was told to send it back for a refund, no offer of a replacement despite having to drill my scooter frame as part of fitment, I can’t fully blame the monorim kit as I may have got a bad one but I won’t find out due to scooter geeks terrible customer service

They sent me a scooter that won't go above 5mph unless going down bank,the battery is awful goes from 5 bars to 2 bars travelling half a mile.

I wasn't happy that the scooter got delivered 1 day later then I was told, and on arrival it was damaged when I made contact with the company I was told "this just happens".... well no it doesn't you wouldn't expect anything else delivered "broken"
