The communication is bad. I placed an order over a week ago for something that the website said we in stock so I don't understand the wait. I've emailed and called but no one answers. Very disappointed and they've lost me as a customer. I wouldn't recommend them, Look else where if you want good service and a half decent delivery time.

Great service, fast delivery, product as described and my Son loves it

Very happy with my purchase and the price. I had trouble pairing it with my phone. Friend showed me but that was just me and nothing to so with the scooter. It arrived within 2 says of ordering and scooters direct were happy to help and advise. Top marks.

Scooter itself is 5*. However, I contacted scooters direct as I could not turn on the scooter and guidance notes supplied were next to useless. Scooters direct asked me to upload the video and they will see the problem. I emailed them and waited a day, scooters direct said they did not receive my video. I emailed 3 times from 2 different email accounts and finally on the third day I got the response back. Basically, you cannot turn the scooter on while charging. Cable should be unplugged and scooter will turn on. And to get into settings menu, there is no guidance notes for that. I have to search internet to find the settings menu and how to change them. For the thrust you need to push the scooter and then throttle and it will work. Been nightmare to try to figure it out, but once I did, I am glad I bought it.

Hi, I have given you 3 stars because the scooter is beautiful but, we had to send it back due to an error code. And when it came back the battery is a big problem because it is dying very quickly, it doesn't last long at all. When boy is riding with his friends, his battery dies he has to return home to start charging it. Which is a frustration to him. But he really likes it except the battery issue

Told them about my scooter arrive damage no respond been 2weeks now

Received what i ordered and it looks pretty much brand new , a couple of tiny scratches that you really have to look for . Works fine.

Badly made need to be checked before sending to the customer,was not happy has it was a birthday present for my great granddaughter,I returned it to seller.

Help me to get to work.
