Went to the Blackpool store today was served by a guy called Stewart was very helpful and helped me with everything I needed

Brilliant service. There was a slight delay on one of the products that I had originally ordered but they phoned the next day after the order and we sorted an equivalent product so there wouldn’t be a wait for it. Very helpful to keep me on track.

Absolutely brilliant service from the Blackpool store, had everything cut to size and delivered within a few days! Would 1000% recommend

Awful company, Blackpool staff are rude and have no customer service skills. Keep making excuses up regarding delivery.

Terrible customer service, woman rang after order said it will be delivered on the 1st May, ordered on the 13th April (not 7-10 days delivery!) then rang the day before delivery date to say there is a problem with van it will be the 9th of May! Disgusting really.

Trying to work out if I’m best just to cancel as no faith it will turn up!

£50 compensation was not worth the stress.

We ordered 'made to measure' fence panels on offer through the company's website, advertised as delivered within 2 weeks. After 3 weeks, and no communication from Savoy, I tried to contact them via the phone multiple times but no one ever answers. I emailed them and there was a very short answer of 'They will be here next week'. Next week came and I contacted them again. No apologies for the time wasted and now I have no choice but to get a refund as there are still no fence panels.

Blackpool branch are rude and arrogant, service is bad, no guys outside to write you tickets to get wood you want to buy, ask girls on the till inside and in a rather arrogant tone tell me there is loads of lads outside she's just saw them and to go and get one, go back outside and nobody's around, had to go get a guy who was further away driving a fork lift truck, he couldn't help said there's more lads they'll be there in a minute. It's just awful. Second time I went in was accused of swapping price stickers as the paint I was buying was usually a pound more than the ticket on the tin said. Every other tin had same sticker on all priced up the same. Both visits left feeling rubbish. Never going again. Family run business that needs to re train the staff.

Ordered a 4mx3m decking kit and handrail supplies. Received our delivery today as promised. Barry from the Wigan store delivered our order with an exceptional degree of professionalism, pride and friendliness. He is an absolute pleasure to deal with and an incredible asset to the company. Customer services were also incredible, professional, polite and helpful. Will be our only go to for further projects.

I placed an order for delivery and received an email confirming my delivery would be Friday 18th April between 8am and 6pm. As it didn't arrive I emailed last night. I reveived an email today explaining that they was going to deliver it on Thursday and here is the weird response "that a guy had to leave site and couldn't wait for our guy at 5.30 and agreed to deliver it Tuesday 22nd april. There is no site and no guy so i have no idea what they're on about, they pointed out the hours of delivery for Thursday. They don't answer the phone so I have no idea if they have a clue what they're delivering. Not sure I'm seeing a point of paying a delivery charge when they can't deliver when they should.

Ordered 26th March and informed delivery would be within 5 working days.

Multiple excuses later, still waiting for my order 4 weeks down the line. Company now ignoring requests for a refund.

Clearly a scam company. Avoid.

We purchased composite decking with savoy timber, ordering and delivery was easy and very swift, communication from Chelsea regarding delivery was excellent and delivery was made on the day stated by Dane who was extremely helpful with unloading and checking everything was correct, poor guy had been on the road since 7 oclock and it was now nearly 9 oclock in the evening and he still had one more delivery to do before having a 3 hour drive back. First class service.
Decking seems excellent quality we have had a sample for some time to test for durabilty etc and seems to be very good.

Chelsea in the sales team was excellent, I explained my project and she provided me with all the necessary items that would be needed, took a lot off my mind and made the whole process from start to finish very easy and stress free! Thanks again Chelsea, amazing service!

I'm surprised this is still operating,, overpriced low grade timber. The staff treat customers as a massive inconvenience, probably due to low staff moral, the staff in the yard can't even break a smile. The Wigan depot must be due a HSE inpection. It's a Heath and Safety nightmare. Obviously profit before customer and staff Safety is the company policy here.

I made a trip to savoy timber Blackpool with my mum, who is looking for some new doors and flooring for her house. We were greeted by a very well mannered lady at the counter, I believe she was called Hollie. Really helpful towards my mum and excellent customer service from beginning to end. She showed us around the showroom upstairs and gave us some advice regarding sizes and availability. We ended up choosing the Sydney doors and we can’t wait to see what they look like in the house. Also, Special thanks to Gary for taking care of us with some free samples of the flooring which we can take home to see which colours we like best. We’ll be back soon to order the flooring. Great shop and excellent value for money. Would recommend this place to everyone I know! Thanks again 😊

Absolutely outstanding customer service.
I explained to Savoy that my joiner had replaced four internal doors and handles for me (due to unfortunate circumstances, these doors had been purchased from Savoy but had been in storage for a while) on fitting them my joiner discovered that there was one lever missing from one of the boxes of the handles. I emailed Savoy to ask if I could be given a replacement lever, and they very kindly advised me to pop into the Blackpool store and they would give me a full replacement. I was absolutely over the moon. What an absolute top Customer Service team... thank you so very much.. I am extremely grateful 😊 absolute 5 star treatment ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Ordered planed whitewood timber for delivery on Tuesday. It turned out that it was not in stock and that the mill had machinery problems .
Jos to the rescue ! Could not have been more helpful . The same day she found same size in Redwood in stock , no additional charge , and arranged delivery the same day . A superstar , wish more had this attitude !
