Las transferencias son inmediatas
Las transferencias son inmediatas, no debo esperar 24 o 48horas como la banca tradicional.
Las comisiones por transferencia es de 1euro sepa. Por cualquier cantidad Dónde otro banco siempre me cobraba 20euros!!.
Mi banco tradicional me cobra cada que puede 38euros de comisión por descubierto, por mantenimiento,por no llegar al mínimo de ingresos,ufff por todo!!. Llegué a pagar casi 300euros sólo por mantenimiento anual.
Desde que uso saurus esto no me pasa.cobran 0.20 por transferencia entre cuentas,y 0.80 por transferencia a otro banco...eso es increíblemente barato.
Simple, sencillo fácil de usar....una pasada . Lo recomiendo 100 por 100.

I have my account block excuses they came up with it's normal routine
How come a bank can take up to 7 days for a normal routine task, when customers have their wage going in?? how r they gonna support their families if they don't have access to the funds.????
I'm extremely disappointed by this institution do not rely on them with your money
My second week wage will be going into that rubbish bank account it will be 740£ in that account.
How am I gonna survive with this period where life is becoming hard and hard???
They ask me doccuments I provide them all even my wage slips and NI which should be private unless u r an employer.
Don't ever bank with them they do this all the time😤
I'm tired so so frustrated I text every day but no answer. if it pass this week I'll start by speaking to my employer, the taxt office and then the financial crime authority cause u can't block someone wage it's a crime.
It's the only money which should be accessible by law in this country no matter the Issue.
I send 4 of my wage slips with the password still no answer.
All my transactions a legit I send bank statement name proof everything.
But no answer.
Don't ever bank with them.

Saurus bank is a nightmare and no one deserves to go through them. 24/03/2023(Friday), 3000 Euros was transferred to my account and same day, my account was placed on routine review, next days all requested documents were provided and two days later(Sunday) my account was deactivated. Saurus stated that the 3000 Euros will be reversed. From experience, reversals takes 3-5 working days and for this particular transfer, it is already two weeks and the money hasn’t been returned. I have provided all documents requested by Saurus . What else do you want?? The sender hasn’t received back the money. Can you return the money to the sender??? Why such delay when you know that you can’t give me the money and you have said in your own email that the money will be reversed back. You are no longer answering my emails which means you have not returned the money. I demand you return the 3000 Euros back to Anna Puiggros Marti. It’s a shame I had an account with Saurus.com!!! I regret it a lot now. I am waiting your answers
My mails are left unattended because I have sent repeated mails to your correct email address. Your bank is not transparent.. i have resent a mail to the address you put here now and I await your answer before the end of today. To anyone planning of using Saurus, avoid this bank and save your sanity and peace.

I have written up to 10 email as requested by an email sent to me with my detail and up till now. I haven’t gotten any response from you. transaction not executed
Transaction not executed! Unauthorised transaction detected , it’s been 3 days now , I’ve been contacting the customer support, no response, I have been with saurus since last October and it has been series of stressful and anxious experience, I’ve been asked to provide evidence of payment, of which the payer had paid into my account more than 6 times since October, I had provided the the statement they claimed is not acceptable payment receipt, the Monzo bank say they don’t do payment receipt but they provided us with payment reference which I forwarded to the customer support , since yesterday no response, I received £1000 on the 17th and made a payment of 400 from my Revolut account which shows the same name. Yet I was asked to provide payment receipt. Which I did, I urge them the customer support to refund the payment to the sender.
£1586 is the total amount in my account and I can’t have access to it ,this is on of my series experience since October 2022 using saurus .with Associated email Account is Abiolammt77
I’ve requested the £1000 to be refunded back to the sender account, No response, No access to make transfer. Unauthorises transaction detected is the message.
I wonder if this bank is a genuine and legitimate financial bank
