I urgently request that you either send me all my remaining funds or provide a detailed of what happened to my money, provide me a statement of account transparency is all I requested nothing more. If this matter is not addressed promptly, I will have no choice but to pursue legal action.

Regarding your concern about the remaining balance, we want to clarify that as per our records and the communication sent to you via email, there were no funds remaining in your account at the time of closure. We understand the importance of these matters and assure you that any legitimate inquiries or requests for further information will be promptly addressed via email.
No straight answers, only excuses.
3 months ago, I did not receive cash from an ATM. The bank involved freely admitted that I had not received my money and my bank saurus would have to make a claim. Which I told by saurus it would be within 45 days, after approx 2 months, I asked was there any progress and told they are still within 45 days, I them waited until well after 45 days and tried to ask about my money again, to be told it was with them, no explanation no time frame, nothing,
In the last couple of weeks I have tried several times sending emails asking about my money. To be completely ignored. No replies to email, nothing.
It has been 3 months now and nobody at saurus will answer and tell me when I will receive my money.
Update...
I have received no further correspondence from saurus despite what they may write here. Over 3 months now, no news whatsoever of when I receive MY money back.
Not sure whether this is incompetence or theft.
