Oplossing geboden, prima service
1e product gekocht bij lokale Kruidvat, bonnetje natuurlijk niet bewaard. Maar toen de 1e na een jaartje kapot ging, kon ik met geluk een nieuwe kopen bij Kruidvat voor de helft van de prijs. Toen was ik wel zo snugger om het bonnetje te bewaren. Nadat deze met dezelfde problemen niet meer aanging, heb ik dit verhaal bij ze neergelegd en na het tonen van mijn bonnetje beloofden ze 2 nieuwe op te sturen. Vandaag kreeg ik ze binnen. Goede service! En ik heb nu een reserve, benieuwd of deze 2 ook weer zo’n korte levensduur hebben want dan ga ik wel erg twijfelen aan de kwaliteit.
Not great not terrible
I ordered an order on 25.5. after three working days, when I did not receive a notification that the shipment had been sent, I was worried and went to read the reviews. I was in shock.
I wrote them an email regarding information about the order - they wrote back within an hour. Everything was OK. Today I received an email from the transport company that I will have the order at home tomorrow. For me, customer service is fine but they should send information to track and see the order automatically - not only when you send them an email.

The product itself is great. The company is terrible. I got my first satisfyer from a third party vendor and enjoyed it so much, I went ahead and ordered another for a friend, this time buying directly from Satisfyer's website. Big mistake. They boast 24-hour shipping but after a week I got no updates on the status of my order. Their customer service gives me a non-committal statement so I decide to cancel the order an just buy from the same vendor I used last time. They say they'll "check information internal" and that is the last I hear from them. Over the next few weeks, I send multiple follow up e-mails asking for confirmation of cancellation and refund, and they ignore every single one. This customer service is trash. They'll take your money and give you nothing in return.
TLDR; Do NOT buy from their website. You're so much better off ordering from Amazon or your fav adult toy shop.

satisfyer.com ist eine Katastrophe. Zum einen Produkte werden zum eine viel zu überteuert angeboten ABER das wäre ja noch ok, wenn die Bestellung und Lieferung korrekt verlaufen würde (jeder ist hier seines Glückes schmied und kann vergleichen!)
Ich habe 2 Artikel bestellt und mir wurde nur 1 Artikel geschickt. Dabei handelte es sich allerdings um einen falschen Artikel - keiner der beiden den ich bestellt habe!
Rückversand erfolgte auf eigene Kosten!
Die Rückzahlung für den weiterhin fehlenden Artikel wurde bisher nicht erstattet!! Trotz mehrfacher bitte auch beim Customer Service, weil ich schon die Vermutung hatte, dass auch hier etwas schief gehen wird! Leider reagieren sie zum Teil gar nicht auf Emails bzw. nur äußerst verzögert!!!

El dia 27 de febrero compré un artículo Satisfyer en la web oficial de la compañia.
El dia 3 de marzo aparentemente lo mandaron a mi domicilio, nadie me llamó para comprobar si estaba o no, o poderlo dejar en algún vecino/tienda.
El mismo dia 3 el artículo es devuelto al almacén de DHL, a 90 kms de mi domicilio particular.
El dia 24 de marzo el artículo sale del almacén de DHL para ir de vuelta a las instalaciones de Satisfyer (Alemania?).
Estamos a 3 de abril y aún no he recibido de vuelta el importe que pagué de antemano.
Muy mala experiencia con esta empresa y su compañia de envios.
Con todo esto compré el artículo en otra página web por 15€ más económico y tardé una semana en recibirlo.

I ordered several products because of the bargain price and paid immediately by card. I received an automatic confirmation of the order and then nothing. After two weeks an email came with the excuse "warehouse error" and the order was cancelled. They continue to offer the goods.
I have not encountered anything so unprofessional in the Czech Republic, so I am surprised that a German company has such a bad attitude to the customer.
I do not recommend!

Avoid! Fault was reported to them right away... they have dragged out the replacement process, asked for my address and proof of purchase many times, they now just don't reply to emails, nor to complaints submitted directly to their website. Will not buy from again

Ça fait plus de 6 mois que nous leur envoyons des mails pour un échange de produit défectueux. A chaque fois c’est la même chose : vous ne parlez pas à un être humain, il s’agit de messages automatiques qui se répètent en boucle. On nous fait toujours croire qu’on va nous envoyer un nouveau produit. Ça dure depuis septembre comme ça… Une dizaine de relances de notre part et rien n’y fait.
J’aimais pourtant beaucoup leur produit… plus jamais je n’achèterai chez eux.
Laborieux mais remboursement obtenu
Maj de mon avis: j'ai finalement réussi à obtenir mon remboursement, après plus de 2 mois d'attente et une dizaine de mails renvoyés!

I got my order pretty quickly but the toy wasn't working. Started correspondance with customer service and was promised they will send a replacement. Everytime I wrote them I got a polite response telling they are checking internally, never with actual updates. After almost 2 months I am confident I will not get any replacement nor refund, was just a waste of money and time.

Firmware bug bricks Pro 3+
We have a Pro 3+ from 07/2021, and it just died. After graceful shutdown and recharging, it does not turn on any more. Even the charging indicator does not work when connecting the cable.
Out of curiosity, I disassembled the unit. There are no signs of any damage or water. I decided to restart the microcontroller by desolder- and resolder the accumulator. This did the trick: The Pro 3+ works as expected again.
The problem is probably caused by a firmware bug in the microcontroller. This is very sad, because the operating system is not very complex. I'm not aware of the prevalence of this error, but I bet that we're not the first ones affected by this problem.
Disappointing Unprofessional Experience.
I bought a product from my local sex shop. I was advised the product I bought had a 10 year warranty with the company, Satisfyer. When their product has issues and I asked for a replacement they advised me they would send me a new one, that it was on its way and they’d advise a tracking number. It has been two months, I contact them often and they make excuses… after over two months they have just said they didn’t send it off and they’d advise when they do so. No one answers any questions, no superior has contacted me to apologise for their unprofessional business conduct. It’s so disappointing, it’s a really simple situation to rectify. Will never ever buy a product from this company, would never recommend anyone else doing so either. They do not conduct their business with integrity and I truly don’t believe I’ll ever receive my replacement product. Will have to take this further :(

Ordered from the satisfyer website itself, the order arrived less than a week after ordering to a another EU country from germany. Everything works, the packaging was discreet, no sender name etc only as (Triple A Marketing).
The only downside i found that the tracking link didn't work, but i fixed it by just pasting it into dhl tracking. The battery life on the toy seems kinda odd (heat climax+), 4hr charge and 50min use but seems to work well otherwise
Worst customer service I've ever experienced
Never had such a poor interaction with customer service in my life. The company offers a guarantee, and the accepted my product was faulty and would replace it. That was on the 5th of May 22. In June they said my package was to be sent out. One month later I requested an update, the response was to reconfirm my details and that they will send it out asap. The next month the same thing. Months later no response, and now this week I get a response apologising for the inconvenience but not providing and updated. 7 months later and still absolutely nothing.

Des produits bien pour un temps malheureusement car au bout de 5-6 mois (voir moins parfois) le produit ne marche plus
N'achetez pas Satisfyer, rechercher des meilleurs sex toy qui dure dans le temps, mettez-y un peu plus le prix et vous serez un peu mieux conquise (le womanizer est pas mal mais assez cher)
