I ordered a Satisfyer product, but something went wrong at their side with receiving the payment

I ordered a Satisfyer product, but something went wrong by making the payment. From my side the payment was made, but it somehow did not pass through the intermediate company to the Satisfyer company. They told me I should contact the intermediate company (Stripe technology Europe ltd) and my bank. I did. They informed me from their side there wasn't a mistake and it was/ is the responsability of the Satisfyer company to fix this. They don't, although I have had a lot of correspondence with the customer service. I do not have a product now and my money neither. I am very disappointed.

They have nice products but when they…

They have nice products but when they deliver something completely different there's is no way to get in contact. So I will never order again if this doesn't get resolved. They say they have someone answering the phone between 14.00 and 15.00 I tried to call several times on several days they simply don't pick up.
Sended several mails the only response I get is that they received the mail.

I want the product I ordered with blackfriday deal not some sort of credit on my account.then I have to pay full price again.

I find the product very satisfying

I find the product very satisfying. Of course, there are too many options too choose from, but other that that very nice functionality. I miss some quick buttons as the change from one to the other program can be too long.

Awful customer service (or even a scam)

After placing an order and dispatching the product, they did not send me a tracking number as promised in their message (their website also states that a tracking number should be sent immediately after the product is dispatched). After waiting for two weeks, I decided to contact them myself. In response, they sent me a tracking number and claimed that the product had been delivered.

The product was not delivered to me. When I contacted customer support, they insisted that the product had been delivered and asked me to conduct an investigation, check with neighbors, visit the post office, etc.

It turned out that someone at the post office received the product on my behalf and signed with a fake signature. After I reiterated that I did not receive the product and sent them a photo of my passport with my original signature, which did not match the one they had, they asked me to resolve the issue myself with the delivery service.

In conclusion: customer support is not willing to resolve issues, the product was not delivered to me, and the money was not refunded. It looks like a scam.

Defective product, poor customer service.

I purchased a product in the US through Amazon because it was recommended by Wirecutter. I read other complaints about magnetic charger not connecting and I also a
had some issues but was eventually able to get it to work. The product worked great for one month before the motor burned out or something and it would light up as charged but then not turn on. I then went and found other reviews that this product was defective. They are supposed to have a great warranty so I contacted customer support and they made it sound like I would qualify for a replacement but it's been 2 months and still nothing. I will not buy from this company again.

SCAM

Tried to place an order but there was an error on the website while doing so. I was still charged for the order and sent a confirmation email, but something didn't seem right as there was no order number. Emailed support to find out the order was never placed and I would receive a refund in 14 business days. That's WAY too long for $60 and a mistake on their end. Customer service said "Please apologize for any inconvenience caused by the failed order entry."

Just order the same stuff off Amazon. It's half the price and won't be messed up this bad.

EDIT ON 7/11: It has been 14 business days. There has been no refund. They are ignoring my emails. The website is a scam.

Satisfyer Pro 2 IS NOT WATERPROOF

My first Satisfyer I bought 2 years ago. It worked fine, also during bathtime until it wasn't possible to reload it anymore. I contacted the seller (3rd party) and a replacement was sent. This was a very loud one and failed to work under water. Again I contacted the seller and yet another replacement was sent to end up with the same problem: it's NOT WATERPROOF! Again I contacted the seller and was sent a replacement. Again same problem. Contacted the seller again, and they admitted that there are a lot of sendbacks due to it not being waterproof. (Do note: the 3rd party seller has a good service and is always friendly).
I decided to contact the company after this, and started asking some questions. Today I had a reply; a standard mail actually about how to not use it in bath longer than 30 minutes and max 1meter submersion... Not even 1 of my questions got answered. Very disappointing customer care service from the main company. It's still listed and sold everywhere as being 100% waterproof, as it clearly isn't.

like pulling teeth

PREMIUM product broke after less than 6 months; the company spend a month deciding that they were unable to process a replacement - I had to press them to find out that it was delayed indefinitely due to "technical issues". It's then taken them a further month to decide that they can't process a refund due to "old bank account details" (I paid with PayPal???)

Can't recommend this company at all.

no 15 year warranty; CS lies multiple times

wow… like…. wow? i am still baffled by my experience.

my double-wand was hot to the touch—not burning, but uncomfortable to hold—whenever in use or during charging. while charging, it began to make a high pitched, loud sound (it never did before.) clearly, this is a fire hazard/safety hazard.

customer service completely ignores my concerns, even after i explained how scared i was to charge it. i don’t expect comfort, but she continued to pressure me to put it on the charger—after… i just said it was a fire hazard. i bring up how i could send it in the mail (they allow this, and do examinations of used items), but she continued to ignore my concerns and said

(LIE #1)

“Dear X,

thank you for your reply.

We would really appreciate if you can send a video showing the defect of the device.”

i have no issues with sending videos or photos of toys, but this time was clearly dangerous? but i do it anyway, send a video with the noise clear and audible, this was her response:

“ Dear X,

thank you for your video.

Unfortunately, the forwarded video doesn’t show any kind of issue.

As you have mentioned, the device makes a loud sound.

Could you please clarify what trouble the toy specifically has?

In this case, the recorded video should show the problem as well.”

i write a lengthy email, she says i can get a replacement or refund. i pick replacement, this is her response:

Unfortunately, a review showed that due to a stock error, a subsequent delivery of the "Satisfyer Double Wand-er" is unfortunately not possible.

In this case, we can only offer you one of our currently available items, which can be found in our online shop:

Please note that the price of the selected item should not exceed the price of the defective item by more than $10.”

this.. seems like a lie to me. as their website had it in stock, it never went out of stock for over 24 hours, and still isn’t out of stock. i can add it to my basket, check out with it. let’s be real—they would’ve marked it as “out of stock” on their website to prevent any issues with anyone else who would order. she most likely lied since i got it on sale, as well as the original price increased from when i bought it.

i said i preferred to wait for it to be in stock, rather than get a refund—and she just said my refund is now currently being processed.

i don’t recommend this brand, this was my first ever toy and this experience was kind of traumatizing XD.

Hat mit Satisfaction einfach nichts zu tun.

Die brechen sich einen Ast ab, um ihre Produkte möglichst blumig zu bewerben und am Ende ist es einfach nur langweilig. Ich weiß nicht, was die sich bei ihrem Promo-Text gedacht haben, bei mir bewirkt es beinahe nichts. Echte Enttäuschung.

Warranty is a joke.

I have been trying to obtain a new toy under their replacement policy, and the person I have been dealing with had strung me along, and refuses to send me one at the price range she stipulated. It is enfuriating dealing with their horrific customer service.

The customer service is just embarrassing

The customer service is just embarrassing.

They asked me to send them a video to show that the product becomes too hot to be operated. How stupid can this be?

After so many explanations and messages, they sent me the same email they sent me in the beginning with their stupid Reset, that if course doesn't work.

15-years guaranty? It's just a joke.

Worst customer support ever

As many reviews have stated - don't expect anything from their customer support. I reached out 2 months ago about replacing my broken Satisfyer - they were quick to respond and so helpful at first, but when I got back to them after a month to check-in on delivery of the new product, I never got a response anymore. I had already communicated very early on that I was going to move houses in the first weekend of September, so that the product needed to be delivered before that ór they would have to send it to a different address. I'm moving now, and I am kind of giving up hope on ever receiving a replacement for my broken product.

Oh, and, I tried calling them and when I asked if English was okay, the response I got was a very big sigh followed by an 'I guess I'll try'. Really not helpful and supporting at all.
