3 Produkte getestet. Alles für die Tonne, oder einfach sehr langweilig. Vorsicht vor der App. Die Frauen sind Prostituierte aber in der Mehrzahl Betrüger. Gibt denen kein Geld, ihr werden keine Dienstleistung erfahren. Das sowas legal ist, ist nicht verständlich. Wsl geht das noch alles am Fiskus vorbei weil die sich über Gutscheinkarten bezahlen lassen.
Good customer support after an unfortunate shipping issue
My initial experience was honestly a bit frustrating because my original order was returned by DHL before ever reaching me, and I initially received no tracking information or explanation. Communication at the beginning could definitely have been clearer.
However, after contacting support through the correct channel, the situation was handled very professionally. Nicholas from the support team responded quickly, provided the tracking details, explained the situation transparently, confirmed the refund process, and also made sure I could place a new order under the same conditions as during the original promotion.
So while the shipping issue itself was unfortunate, I want to give credit where it’s due: once the case reached the right support team, the customer service experience was genuinely very good.
Mistakes in logistics can happen. What matters is how a company handles them afterward, and in my case Satisfyer resolved the situation fairly, politely, and efficiently.
Oplichting to the max
Na een incompleet artiket niet eens terug te morgen sturen omdat het geopend is???? Krijg ik in het engels een mail of ik akkoord ga met $20 korting. Ja is goed.
Vervolgens gebruik ik de gestuurde code blijkt het 20% te zijn. Nu mailt Nicholas Martin terug; sorry verkeerde symbool gebruikt.
Bij deze heb ik mijn rechtsbijstand ingeschakeld en ontvangen jullie binnenkort bericht.

Got the wrong product (not my fault), but they refused to assist — even though I live 3.5 hours away. Their only “solution” was to come back to the store.
Bottom line: online customer service doesn’t care. If you live far away, be extra cautious.
Check your purchase before leaving — or shop elsewhere.
Censorship of negative reviews and no meaningful customer engagement.
It appears that the company census negative product reviews. I left a critical product review for a product which wasn't usable in the intended fashion - however this was not published on the company's website. When I asked why I received a standardized copied and pasted response which did not answer my question.
Warranty Approved but Replacement Never Shipped
Warranty claim open since January 16th for a defective AirPro 2 Gen 2.
After almost two months, multiple requests for information, and several promises of shipment, I still have no tracking number or replacement.
Extremely disappointing customer support experience.

Een overzichtelijke winkel waar je alle toy’s opgeladen liggen zo echt goed te kunnen zien en zoeken wat je gaat aanschaffen met een enorme eerste korting van 45% op de online prijzen.
En de medewerksters maken het bezoek compleet, ben er heel tevreden en met een grote glimlach uitgelopen.

Repeterade proceduren och fick en ny 3 veckor senare. Nr 3 fungerade inte alls och nu har jag pratat med supporten 2 veckor utan en lösning på problemet. Satisfyer vägrar skicka ut ny innan de trasiga skickats till dem.
- Värdelös/billig elektronik som inte håller förväntad kvalité
- Väldigt långsam kommunikation med supporten
- Dåligt kundfokus, ingen kompensation för den möda och tid jag lägger på detta

As a small business who has worked with Satisfyer for a long time we are being greatly impacted by their choice to no longer provide charge cables with MANY of their products. They do not care about how this causes issues for others and they have no desire to re evaluate. Trying to get help from the company is an absolute pain. It sucks to see a company that I've worked with and enjoyed for so long, be perfectly ok creating large problems for the little guys.
Bad communication, never received my order
I placed an order on November 26, 2025 and I was billed on my credit card, but I never received a confirmation email and my order does not appear on my customer account.
I contacted the client service and they answered me that my order was being processed and that I will then receive a separate e-mail with the shipment number.
January 12, 2026, i contacted the client service again. They told me to go to the post service for further clarification.
I went to the post office and they informed me that my package had been returned to the company. I received no notification from either the company or the post office, so I have no way of knowing when my package was available for collection.
IF I receive a refund, I’ll come back to tell you!
Penguin
In augustus bestelde ik een doosje vervang dopjes voor de penguin. Bijna nergens anders te krijgen meer dan op deze site.
Ik dacht aangezien het officieel is zal het wel goed gaan… niet echt.
Er is wat misgegaan met de bestelling, waarbij het geld wél van mijn rekening is gegaan maar niet tot bij hen is geraakt.
Na veel mail verkeer heb ik 3 maanden later (november) eindelijk een refund gehad.
Over de hulp kan ik in principe niet klagen, ze reageren tijdig op mails, maar je moet er wel zelf achteraan blijven gaan.
Satisfyer one plus broke after using…
Satisfyer Curvy 1+ broke after using just a few times. Only had it for about two weeks when it broke. Second time charging it wouldn’t charge. Contacted customer service for warranty claim and was asked to send a video of the device plugged in charging and attempting to power on. I find this to be a hassle and unacceptable requirement when these devices are clearly defective due to the volume of negative reviews regrading failure and charging issues. They should be recalled. 15 year warranty is a joke when they hassle you to make a claim. Have totally lost trust in this company.
terrible products, bad warranty
i've bought the pro 3 a few times and it's a good toy when it works. my first one lasted about a year, which is great! but when that broke after a year, i bought another that lasted 4 months, and then i got 3 replacements (free), and literally all of them were defective and broke within half an hour of use. it costs 65$. they advertise their great "15 year" warranty, but they never mention that 3 replacements is the limit, and with such low quality products that are defective this often, this warranty will really only last you a week or two, maybe a few months if you're lucky.
Ripped cockring vibrator Epic Duo
After 3 uses the silicon casing of our Satisfied Epic Duo vibrating cockring ripped and rendered it useless. 50 euro' s down the drain! After contacting customer support and supplying them with images and proof of purchase they neglected their warranty responsibilities by pointing me back to the subcontractor who points me back to Satisfyer...not very Satisfying!
Still no refund
I send back my package in order to get a refund but I never got my money back even though Satisfyer received everything back.

I purchased a satisfyer from Sinful.dk and it broke after 3 years. I contacted satisfyer.com and was helped my someone in their customer service names Kathy A., I hope she gets a raise she was very helpful and very quick with it. I got a replacement for free after 2 weeks because they have a 15 year guarantee. Will definitely purchase again

Un article qui ne fonctionne pas. Un service client pitoyable. Qui s'obstine à ne pas comprendre mon problème, à ne pas proposer de vraie solution. Qui ne respecte ni les directives européennes en matière de garantie, de retour et de remboursement, ni ses propres conditions générales de vente.
