Had a problem with my car after few months contacted them on the Saturday on the Monday they arranged to pick my car up and supplied me with car and had for just over 2 weeks .
Returned car and alls well again car cleaned for me too .
I will be buying another car from here when time to change.

Bought a car from Sarah Cox a month ago.
Fantastic experience from the off. Very welcoming and no time limit on the test drive. Decided to buy and they sorted all the little niggles exactly as promised. Very pleased.
Had one or two little issues recently, they all sorted, no problem.
All staff are very polite and helpful with any question.
We will definitely be visiting again when we are looking the another vehicle. Have given recommendations to friends as well.

Having come to view a Golf r (my wife’s first car) which had not been prepared and had just arrived. We were given plenty of time to view and test drive the car. With no pressure to purchase or pushy sales tactics. We spoke with the owner and with Daniel the sales manager. Who explained everything about the car and issues that would be put right before sale, to make sure she had a perfect car. Everything that we were told would be sorted was. After having the car for a week the washer hose had split and dull paint on the door where the lacquer had been scratched. A phone call to scc and it was sorted without any issue and given a courtesy car while the issues was being fixed. It’s easy to leave negative reviews when things go wrong. But it’s how things are put right that makes this car dealer stand out. Down to earth people selling honest cars and are willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything goes smoothly. We would definitely recommend ssc to anyone wanting a second hand care. Fantastic communication throughout and a great bunch of guys. Thank you for everything!

I've purchased 4 cars from Sarah Cox Cars, the service is always excellent from the whole team. I have been given a great part exchange deal every time too, making buying the next car a really easy experience. For me they are my first choice every time.

Terrible customer service, clearly ex auction stock with multiple faults, and as for a deposit, don't leave one, 100% non refundable, no matter the circumstances.

Friendly and helpful staff on arrival, not your usual pushy patronising salesmen too! Gave me a good fair price for my old car and sorted my new one for collection the following week. Unfortunately I had a couple of unforeseen problems with the car but the manager was quick to respond and agreed to pay all costs. He kept to his promises, even sourced some of the spares himself and paid my repair garage straight away. Excellent communication throughout and no quibbles or trying to wriggle out of it. Sarah Cox Cars has a great range of cars, some really desirable brands and clearly take customer service seriously. Would definitely buy from them again 👍🏻

Excellent customer service, part exchange went very smoothly

Saw a review about when they take a deposit the car is taken off sake, this is not correct, I enquired about a vehicle a few times to be told it has a deposit against it and it is STILL to this day showing on their site with NO reference to it being sold or a deposit against it, I would still LOVE to buy that car if it is for sale but not sure this company can be trusted in anything they say now unfortunately.

So drove to look at a car for my daughter. Agreed a part ex price and drove the car we were interested in, it needed some work as they said it had only just come in, so needed wheels refurbing very badly kerbed, scratches and dent on paintwork etc, they said it would be a few days getting sorted and wheel person couldnt do till following tuesday. So car would be about a week before done, no rush,. I asked them to hold the car overnight and would speak to my daughter when she got home from uni that evening. The holding deposit I was asked for was £250, sadly my daughter was involved in an accident on the following day (non fault) and she was badly shaken but thankfully OK, I rang Nathan to say we couldn't progress with the sale due to the damage to my Daughter's car ( part ex) he said sorry to hear that but we don't refund deposits. So my advice to anyone looking and hoping to deal with understanding, sympathetic car dealers, don't leave a holding deposit. Just in case something out of your control happens. Whilst it may be legal to withhold a deposit. On the basis that nothing cost wise had been done to the car I was looking at and under the circumstances it seemed unethical,

Just purchased our car and have nothing but praise for the company, excellent customer service nothing was too much trouble and the salesman went that extra mile to ensure we were completely happy with our purchase. Would highly recommend this company 1st class service throughout.

I have just bought my second car from Sarah Cox cars this year. They are so easy to deal with, you are never put under pressure. I can recommend this garage for anyone to go to for a car.

Bought a used Audi Q7 from SCC early in 2023.

The vehicle spent more than half of its three month warranty period in an independent workshop after a simple repair carried out by SCC wasn't completed to a sufficient standard.

A number of faults have persisted long term after being brushed off by SCC staff as 'its just the age of the car' and as it was too much hassle to deal with the staff there, we decided to sell on and buy something from someone a little more reputable.

I sent three emails over the course of three months asking for paperwork to back up parts being replaced. Simply no reply from anyone!

Pleasant enough to my and my family when we initially bought the car, but i feel that the service dropped right off when you start to experience problems.

We wont be using SCC again.

I have given my 5 star rating as so far everything has been great, nice people to deal with, and my two requests for new front tyres and a spare key dealt with before I picked up the car. I have no reason to doubt should I have a problem in the next 3 months it won't be dealt with. here's to enjoying my motoring.

What more can I say that the other wonderful comments about Sarah Cox Cars haven’t said already? Well here goes…

I emailed Sarah Cox Cars with some questions about a John Cooper Works Mini Clubman they were advertising on AutoTrader. Literally, within minutes of sending it, Daniel replied answering all of my questions in detail.

I then asked a couple of other things, and again he came back immediately with the answers. I then called him, to discuss a few more specifics and agreed a price on the car, and discussed whether they could deliver it to me in Hampshire.

Once we had agreed on the sale, I paid a £250 refundable deposit to secure the car, and he also confirmed that he would deliver the car to me in Hampshire totally free of charge, and allow me to test drive before buying.

He also sent me details on how to transfer my personalised plate once the deal was done. Daniel even suggested that I call him and he would help me with the process, once I had received the V5.

As agreed, the car arrived on a transporter just a few days after purchasing (last Thursday) and the driver allowed me to test drive the car on my own. The bodywork & interior was exactly as they had described to me. It had been beautifully valeted. The car performed perfectly.

There were a couple of marks on two of the alloys, and I spoke to Daniel who apologised and immediately remedied the situation. That’s what you call customer service!!!

Daniel was perfect to deal with,- patient, friendly, helpful & incredibly knowledgeable!

I have obviously only just bought this car, but I will keep Sarah Cox Cars details, as I would certainly go to them first to see if they can source me my next car when I look to upgrade to a newer model in a few years time.

If you have doubts about buying a car from an independent garage like Sarah Cox Cars, and without seeing the car - you needn’t worry! Trust me, I am extremely pleased with my purchase and the car is absolutely gorgeous.

Although so far i have only driven 75 miles in my new car, I feel confident that if any issue arises, I can call Daniel and that he would sort them out immediately.

Indeed, for peace of mind the car comes with a comprehensive three months warranty, and three months breakdown recovery service.

I would highly recommend this company. A lovely well laid out show and polite, friendly, approachable people. We dealt with Nathan when part exing for something a little bigger. He gave a fair trade in price on my part ex and wasn’t pushy with the sale at all.
The car I brought is spot on and I have peace of mind if I need anything they are only a phone call away.
