Worst experience, Fraud company
Worst experience with this company. Zero customer service and no after sales from them. They shipped me wrong item and after promising refund it has been more than 1 month (they said 7 working days) without any communication or refund.
Completly cheating customers posing to be luxury personal shoppers. Also they charge 25% above retail for the items.

Honest Review with documents to prove it!!
The worst online company… I filed a claim with American Express which will take 180 days to complete and they haven't returned my money even though they cancelled my order after not fulfilling it… They are dishonest and don't even reply to emails or whatsapps… Don't get caught in this nightmare!!

I rarely write reviews, but my experience with Sand UAE has been nothing short of outrageous.
I ordered a pair of shoes to gift my husband — a gesture that turned into a nightmare. They delivered the wrong size, and while they did arrange a pickup, I have since received nothing. No exchange, no refund, and no product in my possession.
It’s been weeks, and their so-called “customer service” is a complete joke — I only receive generic, copy-paste replies that don’t even address my issue. There is no escalation, no real action, and absolutely no accountability.
They have taken my money and left me with zero resolution. This is not just poor service — it’s theft disguised as ecommerce.
I have already raised a formal complaint with UAE Consumer Protection, and if this is not resolved immediately, I will not hesitate to open a civil case.
This is a warning to anyone thinking of ordering from Sand UAE:
You risk losing your money
You risk never receiving your product
You will receive only robotic, unhelpful responses
Sand UAE: You have 48 hours to resolve this issue — either refund my money or deliver the correct item — or I escalate this legally.

Late deliveries empty promises and poor customer service
Made an order on 19/6 with express delivery with a promise to deliver at 23/6 then it got delayed to 24 then 26 then 27 with another promise of being sure of the date for them to call at the last minute to say oh we’re sorry it got delayed again to 30/6 . No customer care late responses and alot of ignorance from staff

Don’t order here! Issue Still Unresolved After Order Cancellation
Altogether a disappointing experience. I ordered a suitcase with a clear delivery deadline, but the item was delayed, and the team remained unresponsive to multiple calls and messages during business hours. Despite cancelling the order in line with company policy, it was delivered to an uninhabited address and left at the door without my authorization—putting an expensive item at risk.
I’m still waiting for the item to be collected and for the refund to be processed.
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this service and hope the issue will be resolved professionally soon.
