We were recommended Richard Cobb for good reason! He was able to carry out the survey the following week and provided a comprehensive and detailed report within 2 working days. The report is long but very worth it-photos, details and recommendations are provided. Having received example reports from other companies Richard Cobb's survey was far more detailed and useful. He also phoned immediately after the survey with an overview of the key points that would be highlighted in the report- this was useful as it reassured us sooner and we had the opportunity to ask questions. Also the added bonus of very competitive pricing!

Great experience with Sanders Cobb. Their availability for the survey was very quick (even brought it forward to the day after booking because they had another cancellation). Post-survey feedback call was detailed and helpful and then the quality of the final report was much better than I have received from a competitor last year.

Richard provided a comprehensive survey which highlighted damp issues that enabled us to renegotiate our offer price to reflect repair costs. We met Richard at the property at the end of the survey which really helped to be shown in person where the critical issues were.
