We recently used Precise Surveyors Ltd for a Level 2 Home Survey on a property in Stourbridge. The service provided by our surveyor, Jamie Taylor, was exceptional from start to finish. 
The resulting report was incredibly thorough, clear, and professional. Jamie identified several critical issues that we wouldn't have spotted ourselves.

I was referred to Precise by two friends who had used them in the past. The whole service was excellent from start to finish. Kerry handled our initial enquiry really well and clearly explained the process, stages, and what to expect. Jamie was also very helpful and knowledgeable. He carried out the survey and later walked me through the report in a follow-up call, which was really appreciated.

Overall, a great all-round service and I will definitely be recommending these guys to everyone I know.

Where to start, what an incredible experience with Precise Surveyors this has been.

Initially I was quoted £595 but after reviewing the age of the house this jumped to £695, which seemed expensive, nevertheless I had heard good things so decided to go ahead.

The survey was worth more. Money very well spent, extremely detailed report with incredible attention to detail.

Jamie turned the report around within 3-4 working days and gave me a call a couple days after to address any concerns and answer any questions.

I cannot recommend these guys enough and definitely urge you to trust them with your survey!

I needed a survey to be completed on a house that I am buying. I found Precise Surveyors very quickly online and looked at their Website which was full of information relevant to my needs.
Jamie Taylor visited the property that I needed the survey for within 2 days of my initial communication with them.
The service I received from them was exemplary, within a day of the survey being carried out - I had been sent ,via email, the results of the Survey in full detail. Jamie also emailed me stating that if I needed anything explaining about the survey or I just needed some questions answered I was to call him and we’d have a chat about it.
I did contact Jamie and he put my mind at rest over some things I didn’t understand.
I am highly recommending Precise Surveyors and, if I need another survey I will use them again.

The Survey provided by Precise Surveyors was very comprehensive and detailed, giving us valuable information about the property we are buying.

From the moment my survey report was available Jamie provided me with non-stop advice and guidance.

From our first contact with Kerry, Precise Surveyors were friendly, professional, helpful and supportive. Kerry arranged the appointment very quickly and Jamie carried out the survey in August 2025. The report was available the following day. It was very thorough and Jamie invited us to talk through anything we needed clarification on. We spoke to Jamie to discuss the report and future plans, and he was happy to explain things. Sadly the purchase did not go ahead but our experience with Jamie and Kerry was excellent. This is the first time I have used Precise and did so, following a recommendation by a friend.
Kerry was very helpful during the booking process, although the initial booking is done via an online portal, I did still speak to Kerry on a few occasions who was very attentive and always called me back if initially unavailable and kept me updated about the survey date.
My survey was completed by Jamie who provided an estimated date to provide the full written report which was provided on time.
I found the report to be thorough, clear and concise.
Jamie telephoned me to talk me through his findings which I really appreciated. I also spoke with him a few days later as I wanted to clarify a couple of things. Jamie was very patient, I didn’t feel rushed or like I was being a nuisance.
