We had a very good and thorough survey completed for a 3 bedroom domestic property. The recommendations were also very clear and useful (we will be following up with these too). Olivia was helpful and prompt throughout the process. Price was also reasonable (I thought).

The process of requestiong the survey online was easy. I didn't have to wait long before a surveyor was able to visit the property I wanted to buy and the report came back quickly. It was a very thorough report and it saved me proceeding with a house purchase that would have cost me a lot of extra money in putting right various issues.

I’m really happy with the service provided. Rachael was very responsive and helpful and the survey was very detailed and informative. James, our surveyor, talked us through the details and answered all of our follow up questions on a call afterwards. Really solid work and customer service.

My initial contact with Landview and survey booking process was good. Michelle was delightful. My report came back in less time than suggested and that’s where the positives end.
By their own (David’s) admission their survey report was ‘misleading’ and it contained various inaccuracies. After contacting a building contractor (as was suggested by the report) and also the house builder it became apparent that the report had errors and important omissions.
On speaking to the Principal Surveyor this was acknowledged. I received a rewritten report which was notably different to the original, along with a cursory apology from the initial surveyor. I’d avoid using this company again. If it’s too late for you, I’d question and fact check what is written down if you are in any doubt.

The service was prompt and thorough with easily accessible ongoing advice and support. The surveyor that did the job was very kind, patient and tolerant in providing explanation to all my questions about the report. I will not hesitate to recommend Landview Surveyors to someone if I have the opportunity.

I was very impressed by the efficiency and service provided. I requested a Level 2 homebuyers survey and the property survey and report were done in a timely manner with a follow up phone call to talk through the findings. Very good service and highly recommended.
