Highly recommend! Richard was very professional, knowledgeable and thorough.

This is the second time we have used Sanders Cobb Chartered Surveyors for a purchase on a property. They have been so efficient and professional. Providing quick responses to questions and queries, while being comprehensive and understandable. I would highly recommend using these surveyors and will endeavour to use them on any house purchases in the future.

Very helpful, freindly and efficient service. All information regarding type of survey, cost, whats included etc was very informative. Survey was carried out within a week and verbal reporting was within 24 hrs and full written report was sent within a week of the survey. The report was comrehensive and detailed including photographs.

Richard was a great communicator and was always available on the phone to answer any questions, even before we had officially instructed Sanders Cobb.
The report came through in a timely fashion and was concise and easy to digest.
If i had any criticism at all, the costs could be a little cheaper, to favor using a local supplier rather than a national.

Highly recommend. Was able to book Richard on short notice. Little on-boarding fuss, got the job done professionally, very comprehensive 90 page long survey (Level 3). Report was available within a week of the survey. Was able to negotiate a discount in my property purchase price on the back of the survey so all good.

I can't recommend Sanders Cobb Chartered Surveyors highly enough. Richard carried out a full building survey for me on a domestic property. Really brilliant every step of the way. The survey was done very quickly, Richard asked to be informed if there was anything in particular I wanted checking or advising on, I had the to option to meet at the property or take a call after and the report was with me really quickly.
Absolutely brilliant, great communication and straightforward explanations. I don't want to move again but if I do I will use Sanders Cobb for any future survey.
