I bought a phone hoping to get it before leaving on vacation. The next day delivery ad is pure rubbish, it arrived when I was gone 5 days later. I cancelled the order after 2 days but they delivered it anyway. I returned it by registered mail and no word or sign of a refund almost 3 weeks later.
Samsung Fridge RR39M73407F
Fridge handle broke after only a few months of use on this expensive fridge. Supposedly Samsung has a 1 year parts and labour warranty until you call them. They said only manufacturing defects covered and not misuse. I don't know how using the handle provided to open and close the door counts as misuse but they were very dismissive and adamant it wasn't covered, giving only a phone number for the nearest repair shop which turns out to be 60 miles away. Handle is badly designed with plastic on plastic mechanism so is a design flaw to my mind. I've had much cheaper fridges for 10+ years that never had this problem. Very poor design and support. Would steer clear.

I was connected 7 hours until 8pm and that repeat every day.
2 months later...No replacement product!!!
Bought a dishwasher for €700+ and it broke within 3 months, fine it happens.
However not receiving a replacement 2 months later is not acceptable!
Their level of contact regarding this has been deplorable, to the point where I have had to send a legal 7 day demand letter!
Samsung really needs to have a serious chat with themselves!!!!
Bad quality control complemented by the worst support I have ever received
I pre-ordered a Samsung Galaxy S21+. Within a week of owning my €1000+ smartphone I realised something was severely wrong with it. The battery life was less than 1/3 of what most people were reporting online, the device heats up constantly when in use and grinds to a halt when trying to use the camera, and it had issues charging.
So I got in touch with Samsung support, via the live chat on their Irish website. I was assured that since this was a new device there would be absolutely no problem getting it exchanged for a new, hopefully properly working, unit. They told me to just call support and explain the situation and things would be sorted in no time.
I called support. After 10 minutes of calling out order numbers, e-mail addresses, names and dates, they realised "Oh, this is an order made from our Irish website! Sorry, we can only handle UK orders." I was given a phone number for "the Ireland shop support team"... which was dead. I tried calling at various times, and nobody ever picked up. It was always a computer voice saying "Samsung support is not available." Over the next 2 months or so after this there was a constant back-and-forth of me calling the support number on their Irish website, which sent me to their UK support, them giving me non-existent phone numbers, phone numbers where a robot voice simply tells me "Samsung support is not available", e-mail addresses from which I never got any reply, and arranging for the Ireland shop support team to call me which they never did despite arranging callbacks several times.
After several *months* of this ridiculous game, I finally out of the blue got a call from someone who works for Samsung support. She apologised profoundly for what a mess this whole process had been, and took my e-mail address to get in touch with instructions on how to return my device and get a replacement. At this point, I thought things might finally be about to get sorted out.
That phone call was 2 months ago. It has been 6 months since I received my faulty device, and to add insult to injury this €1000+ phone with terrible battery life and borderline unusable camera has now also developed a faulty charging port, so I can only charge it wirelessly (so very very slowly). I have not received anything from Samsung since, via phone, e-mail, or even carrier pigeon (which considering the quality of their "high-end" devices and the incompetence of their support department may be a more reliable means of communication they may want to consider).
At this point, I can only assume Samsung is either unable or unwilling to perform the simple task of sending out a replacement device.
If Samsung does want to get this sorted out, this is their absolute last chance to get in touch with me and get this sorted out before I open a claim via the courts.
Great service and empathy - would buy again from them.
I bought a monitor but the stand was a bit wonky and tilted to one side. I went online to talk with their team about a replacement part as everything else worked so it would have been a waste to return the whole thing. Conversation went on for over an hour but their customer support were very nice and sent out a replacement part in a week. Great service all round from them.

Very bad or no service. I have been reporting to the store for a month that the washing machine works very loud and is only 2 months old and no one has spoken to me so far.It turns out that they no care about the customer since he has already bought the product

bought a Samsung tablet 10.1 5 months ago it been sent for repair twice and they cant solve problem I'm now waiting for the couriers to come and collect it again this is just 1 day after being returned to me it has spent nearly 2 months being repaired between being back and forward from my home to repair shop so if this review helps anybody so they don't have the stress of this problem ill have helped someone .3 days later still waiting for it to be collected to go back to repair shop for some one to factory reset it which is easily done but doesn't solve the problem which is the download speed. which is 1.6 Mbps where it should be some where near 250 Mbps.

Samsung kan inte konstruera hygieniska kylskåp
Har ett Samsung Kylskåp RR35H61457F 350l ,sedan några år. Varit ganska nöjd, håller sig isfritt och och funkar bra, lågmält.Skulle gärna ge det 5 stjärnor om inte inredningen är så dåligt.Designen är mycket plastig, har fått byta en hylla i dörren en gång på grund av sprucken plast och det var dyrt ! Värst är att hyllplan är nästan omöjliga att göra rent.Klart plexiglas är ingjutet i vit plast med allahanda profiler för att styrka konstruktionen, som samlar smuts och gör renhållningen super besvärlig. Värst är att hyllplasten vid ingjutningen samlar smuts, nyligen köttsaft från en sprucken förpackning. Man kan inte ta isär hyllplanen utan smutsen sitter fast i fogarna.Den som har designat detta elända har tydligen inget begrep om hygien och sådan konstruktion vittnar om mycket dålig omtanke hos Samsung
SAMSUNG FRIDGE FAULTY Main PCB board
I bought a Samsung RS53K4400BC American fridge in March 2017. 2 weeks ago the fridge freezer stopped working, it would not power on. The main PCB board for Fridge Freezer was found to be the fault, it cost €240 to get the fridge repaired. This is a know problem yet Samsung would not cover it under warranty and never issued a recall to have the faulty PCB board to be replaced. I am very disappointed with the service when a refrigerators should last anywhere on average 12 years. Samsung told me "This is not what we like to hear." and then said "They recommend getting in touch with the closest service centre to get it repaired". They didn't even read the message I posted saying it was already repaired.

My daughter ordered a phone on a Sunday night. by Monday there was no sign of an order on the site. she called their one Irish "helpline" Tues and it went to voicemail. she emailed them and got a generic response. wed again she spoke to two different people one on Irish line that basically said she would look into it and hung up. the second call was to Samsung.uk helpline who said that they could not say what irish site was doing????. Thursday again the " live chat suggested it was her fault and then that the phone was not available...this after confirmation of sale Sun night. well she bought it using flexifi and then Samsung insisted it was a flexifi issue. as this was their third different excuse my daughter called flexifi who immediately told her that the phone was purchased sun night and everything was in order. The contact at Flexifi then called Samsung.ie
( they obviously have lines public dont) and within 10 minutes my daughter had an email detailing her order and within two hours got a shipment notification.
This tells us, the public two things

I would never deal with these people as they stand for everything that is bad in business. distant call centers where phone response workers answer phones without a clue as to your order and arrogance on a whole new level to actually blame the buyer, the financier and the warehouse without so much as knowing the order number over a period of four working days.
suffice to say without the intervention of flexifi the phone would not have been sent.

Purchased a €15 phone case on Samsung Ireland online. Product arrived damaged. I as a customer am expected to pay the return postage. Shocking service. Will never order directly from Samsung again. Very disappointed. When I contacted Samsung they told me this was written in their terms and conditions.
Been waiting a month for my Samsung…
Been waiting a month for my Samsung Watch Active 2 to be picked up for repair. I understand the current climate is difficult, but it seems they haven't even got record of my entry of the repair! the watch simply stopped taking charge and its not even a year old. Really disappointed with the product and the level.of customer service as the ticket seems to constantly swap representative and just seems really weak and not accurate. Would like a replacement at this stage
Love the S6, pity about the keyboard case.
I bought my Galaxy tab S6 in Dec'19 and bought the keyboard notebook to protect it. The case comes in a sealed pack so you can't examine the product thoroughly. The following day I opened the case on my lap and the hinge magnet failed, My brand new tablet fell onto the floor and the screen shattered. I failed to have any success at registering a complaint with Samsung, and the dealership I bought it from simply refunded the money I paid for the case. I recently (very reluctantly) bought a second Samsung case as I had decided that I wanted the option of dex functionality. The following day the adhesive attachment failed. The S6 tablet is superb, the keyboard case COULD be the same if 1) The keyboard could be locked onto the tablet once in place, and 2) The adhesive fixing was replaced by a clip-in frame, which would also provide corner and edge protection.. I would never again trust its hinge security. I have successfully replaced the factory adhesive with a proprietary heavy duty mounting tape. Samsung need to refine the product design if it is to continue to sell it at such a very high price point.

Disappointed. I had assumed a smart TV would function much like a tablet but not so. The TV comes preloaded with a selection of app but you can't download your own. It even blocks the screen mirroring from your smartphone of certain apps. Basically you get Netflix, prime video, rakuten tv, apple TV and a web browser. A very big waste of money. I still have to connect a media box to access the content I want. If I could still buy a standard TV I would have saved a least have the price.
I really like Samsung phones I've been using them for over 10 years. But I wouldn't recommend their TVs or wearables major let down.
QLED TV's not as good as Sony Bravia
Great looking TV's and your Galaxy phones give Apple a run for their money. Your QLED TV's not as good as Sony
