Just bought S22

Just bought S22, excellent phone. Had lots of dealings with Samsung lately, 5 stars all round. Would also like to say that the S22 is a fantastic phone. Everything I need in a phone.

Useless company

Useless company, sub par products and shockingly bad customer service as you can see by the 89% 1 star reviews, shame you can’t give Zero stars. Will never purchase another product and advise others of same. Their own advised technicians said it’s a disgrace the product didn’t last 24 months before needing a new screen costing €691.00.

Don't bother with this site

Don't bother with this site! I'm trying to add to an existing order and attempting to start a chat. I'm on hold and when it appears to be my turn, it notifies me that the chat has ended (before it started). I will buy what I need somewhere else. Their website is absolute rubbish; I keep being re-directed to pages that then give me error messages.

Do not purchase from this site

Do not purchase from this site. It is a stressful and timewasting experience. Impossible to contact. Trying to change an incorrect order and all my emails and phone calls have been ignored. Site is difficult and confusing to navigate. Have a broken washing machine so will probably be forced into accepting a machine I don't want. My time and spare money are tied into this now.

I am beyond displeased with Samsung and…

I am beyond displeased with Samsung and am not looking forward to this process. I have already received three separate tickets. First ticket I was advised that the technician will come with the glass top replacement for my cracked range NE63A6511SG/AA which spontaneously cracked while boiling a large pot on the large burner. I received a call yesterday day and explained what occurred and spent my time video chatting and sent this rep a photo of the damages to this rep and I was told that she needed to close the initial ticket and that as I didn’t do anything other than my husband boiling water, that Samsung would cover the cost. I was also advised that since they know what needed replacing, the tech would come with the part and fix on the spot but that I just needed to confirm appointment with service center. This led to her creating a new ticket number (ticket no two in 2 days. Today I called the service center to confirm the technician will be coming this Thursday and was advised that it would cost a minimum of $314 for the glass replacement but that’s just an estimate??!. I said well no Samsung told me that this ticket was updated to show that I would not be charged. Immediately called Samsung again and was advised that the second rep that created the second ticket didn’t include a specific code and that they didn’t know what the second rep was referring to as only the technician that comes out to can determine whether this will be covered by Samsung or out of pocket. This rep now created a third ticket. This is all very disconcerting. What was the point of spending over an hour on the phone, texting photos and video chatting to show the damage to my glass top to only now be told that I have to wait and when glass is the issue it’s a process?! I have taken extremely great care of my range since purchasing in December 2020. Never had any issues and then one of the burners spontaneously combusted while boiling a large stainless steel pot of water. It’s a good thing I wasn’t in the kitchen as this would have surely caused me harm. So much conflicting information is getting very stressful. I have no stove top for three days now, tech isn’t coming until Thursday and then I’ll have to wait to ascertain whether Samsung will stand by what the rep advised—- that they would cover it. To my knowledge, an agent has the ability to make determinations on behalf of its company. To be told something will be covered and then to be told something entirely different (now after the tech arrives this can take up to 10 days for processing). I have no stove to use. I now have to figure out what to do without a working stove due to (as the third rep put it) when it’s glass it’s a whole different process. I own nothing but Samsung products and appliances (phones, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and two tvs) and this is my first negative experience as I’ve never had any issues with your products. Depending on how this transaction ends up, and if Samsung doesn’t honor the word of its agent, they will likely lose me as a customer for good.

Awful experience - avoid purchasing from the Samsung site

Awful experience.
Bought an s21 fe. Came with a camera issue. Have gotten in touch several times with them via chat and via phone calls and after spending a few hours trying to troubleshoot, they sent me to the technical team to request a replacement. No one from the technical/shop team has been available though and i have been left waiting several times with nobody there to help. Avoid purchasing from their site.

Just awful service

Purchased a charger from Samsung. Samsung say it comes with a warranty. I've rang, emailed and lived chatted. Still waiting for someone to come back to me 3 months later regarding my warranty.

The worst service ever

The worst service ever. Paid €800 for their flip phone and few months later they are asking me to pay for so called protective film (factory made) replacement because without it phone may fail or otherwise warranty will also void.
Not to mention washer drier that basically leaking water from the door, laminate damaged.

Shocking Customer Service

Even though I have used Samsung products and devices for years and years, I've had to call their (non existant) customer service in Ireland for the first time. Two weeks calling them and still nobody answering
phones. After spending 4k Euro on their online shop, it leaves a sour taste. Close to the worst customer experience I have ever experienced.

Bought a Samsung galaxy tab s7 plus from Harvry norman , 6 months ....I cracked the screen , no worries I send it off to get repaired, I'd no problem paying for that as if was my fault ...but that wasn't the problem it's warped over heated and bent because of that which is not ,my fault ( checked online , its a recurring problem ) so it's been sent back to me ...with owing we can do , even though I've a 24 mont
h warranty..I want to warn anyone and everyone who buys a product from Harvey we don't honour our warranty Norman to be aware whom your buying from , I've bought numerous products from these Aussie Cowboys ..BUYER BEWARE ...IT COST ME NEARLY €1,000.00 EUROS , MAYBE YOUD BE BETTRR OFF GOING TO A STORE THAT HONOUR THERE WARRANTY

Absolute rubish for the price

Absolute rubish for the price, being buying samsung for nearly 20 years, recently the equipment and design is junk, like it's designed to break so you will buy a new one, stay clear, anyway there is as good for half the price. support is terrible. warrenty agreements, DO BE VERY CAREFULL WITH THEM TUT TUT TUT @ SAMSUNG.

You cannot contact Samsung Ireland

Samsung Ireland offers lots of ways to contact them but none actaully work. I purchased a 45W fast charger. It broke within 2-3 weeks. I first tried Facebook messenger and was told I would hear back within 28 days. 30 days later I get an email they cannot help as they only look after the UK. So I contact live chat who again only handle UK. They tell me to go back the retailer, who again is Samsung? Hard to believe a company as a big as samsung could be run like this. Just looks like a scam.

Samsung Ireland is actually Exertis…

Samsung Ireland is actually Exertis Ireland and also known as Macro Evolution. Stay well away is my advice. I traded in a perfectly working Galaxy A51 for an A53 and they tried to con me and get back the trade in difference by saying the phone was damaged. Even after sending them photos I took before I sent old phone to show it's pristine condition. Scam artists. They will advertise trade ins and then try get more money from you. I'm not the only customer who's has had this experience.

Samsung Ireland dishonest and disrespectful service

Samsung Ireland aftersales service does not exist.Exertis are agents for Ireland but take no responsibility for service.You are passed on to a telephone number that is never answered.I attempted to contact Samsung through Live chat.They in turn twice gave me a reference number and promised a representative would contact me within 48 hours.This was a promise broken on two occassions.Whats interesting is that Samsung chat sends you the text exchange after you make contact .I have bonefied evidence of their false promises made but obviously this is not a concern for Samsung. My issue which was to get a 10% discount which has never been honoured and this continues to be the case.I rang the U.K.because there is no service in Ireland and spoke to a operative whom also promised that Samsung would contact me concerning my refund.This was also not followed through on.At present after buying a Premium phone I get a service that shows complete disrespect for the customer including short changing the customer approximately 110euros.
Shameful.

If I could give no stars I would Samsung is a disaster

If I could give no stars I would, unfortunately people probably don't look at reviews for Samsung as they think big company good customer service, spend nearly €800 on a vacuum with a 100day return guarantee, got a refund code but after 3 weeks its impossible to process teh return, I am so frustrated, have conacted DID electrical who I bought it off and waiting for a reply, next avenue I will be going down the small claims court, its just crazy

3rd of May 2022 update, after absolutly no help from Samsung I contacted DID electrical who I bought the vacuum off online and within about 3 emails they agreed to give a full refund on return to my local DID store, 5 stars to DID electrcial on this occasion. The moral of the story is never buy anything from Samsung online, go through a local shop or local shop with an online shop if you are going to buy a Samsung product, from my experience I will never buy another Samsung product again, what a horrible experience with Samsung.

RUN A MILE

If you have visited the Samsung website, I suggest you leave immediately and do not make the mistake of purchasing from their website. €1399 paid for a phone and they supposedly have no record of my order despite emailing on transaction numbers, screenshot proof of payment and their own order emails. I've no phone, out of pocket €1399 and their phonelines are down. Webchat directs you to a phone number, which doesn't work. Oh and "Samsung Ireland" twitter can only deal with UK customers? Cause that makes sense.

Never delivered Samsund don't care - No Customer Care at all

PLEASE DON'T MAKE PURCHASES ON SAMSUNG WEBSITE - THEY DON'T DELIVERY IT AND THERE IS NO CUSTOMER CARE
I made a purchase on Samsung Ireland website and 2 days after received a note from the delivery company UPS. Everything was ok but UPS actually never delivered the parcel and Samsung simply don't care at all.
I've tried to contact them everywhere and they tell me to call a number that I've called at least 100 times and nobody picks up. I've got a response by email but the attendent lied to me, so same as no response. She said she contacted UPS and they told there was an issue with the driver and it would be in next day. Well, I called UPS and they gave me a different answer so I'm pretty sure she didn't even bother to look at it. SO DISRESPECTFUL! Do they think that we have nothing else to do that we have forever to be chasing for parcels? Anyways, UPS says the package is lost, and now? I make a purchase on Samsung they have to take responsibility for the delivery as well. It's so frustrating and reading the reviews I see I'm not the only one. Unfortunately, it was too late for me.

Samsung and their dealer EXERTIS.COM - FRAUDSTERS

I ordered wrong pen for my fold 3, was told to send it back and was promised they would send me replacement of fold edition pen..almost 2 months ago.. ever since i have sent pen pro back never heard from them again, their phone lines dont work, numbers samsung uk provides-dont work, online support useless. And they dont answer my emails either.. so would not suggest having any bussiness with exertis.com who is dealers of samsung ireland..or samsung in general..
