Sam Dyer Investment Anmeldelser

I have worked with sam on 2 sourcing deals recently which he has found a buyer straight away. He was very transparent from the get go and will certainly be working with him again in the near future.

Sam and I have worked together for a number of years. I have seen him become a well established letting agency, a training provider and a very charitable person who helps educate people while also giving back to the community.

Aside from this, he also helps people find BMV deals and helps build portfolios.

He is definitely someone you want in your power team.

Knowledgeable guy who is down to earth & is genuinely the most helpful agent we have worked with ✅

I used Sam Dyer to Source BTL property in 2021. I parted with £3000+ VAT up front (lesson learned) of our families hard earned savings, on the promise of a BTL Investment property being sourced, over 3 years ago.

After numerous phonecalls and messages with Sam between then and now asking for updates, all I was offered was an apology, a promise to source a suitable property as per our initial criteria and an upsell to join Sams Property Wealth Network on a monthly subscription basis.

In reality, we are into 2025 now and all we really want at this point is our money back after so much time passing by without any hint of anything forthcoming.

I've held off from publicly reviewing our experience until now, but after over three years of waiting my patience is finally running out. I'm willing to discuss this with Sam directly and edit this review if a suitable outcome for both parties can be agreed upon. Failing that, then I will have to explore other avenues to recoup our losses.

We had been considering property investment for a while but felt unsure about where to begin. That’s when we came across Sam. He’s like having a personal property guru just a phone call away, ready to guide and advise us at a moment’s notice.

Sam’s hands-on approach has been invaluable—he’s visited multiple properties with us and offered practical insights every step of the way. Thanks to his expertise and support, we now have four properties under our belt, with plans for many more down the line.

What started as a simple idea has turned into an exciting reality, all thanks to Sam’s dedication and knowledge. We couldn’t have done it without him!

Sam has been a fantastic support to my property journey. Jumping in to property investment with both feet at the start of 2023 and not having a clue what I was doing. Sam has been a much needed encyclopedia of knowledge and support throughout. His straight to the point and truthful approach builds the trust you need when looking for a reliable and approachable source to bounce ideas off and, in my case, to tell me to chill when I start to take on a little too much!

Get in touch with Sam if you need advice or support!

Sam has been a great help in my property investment career. Sam's technical knowledge on residential BTL property is second to none. Practically Sam is super experienced as-well and is always generous in sharing information & advice on growing a BTL portfolio to others.

Further Sam is fair, honest & transparent in his property dealings and I would have no hesitancy in working with Sam on any capacity.

Sam Dyer has been a key component of my property portfolio building experience. Although I was already reasonably experienced when I met Sam, he and his business were able to bring so many complimentary skills to the table. He is well connected which makes the business able to source quality and good value property. Sam knows his market areas well, knows which streets are attractive and which to avoid. For example, the property he sourced and refurbed for me in Cumbernauld has seen significant capital appreciation. The business is able to a provide a seamless end to end process including negotiation, refurb and implementation of hold or exit strategies. But there is loads of flexibility for an experienced investor to do the parts of the process they enjoy. I am happy to recommend this business based on great personal experience.

I have used Dyer & Co for many years to manage my.properties. always diligent and excellent service .My tenants are happy with the service and I sleep easily knowing this

My experience dealing with Sam has been nothing but positive. He is hands down one of the most knowledgeable, transparent and trustworthy people in the industry.

I’ve been a part of Sam’s mastermind group for over a year and joining was the single best decision I’ve made in my property investment journey.
I’d highly recommend working/ investing with Sam.

Awful experience. I’m extremely disappointed that I was misled to thinking this opportunity was going to work for me. This company has no moral values and has already tried to delete any negative reviews. No integrity whatsoever and it seems suspicious that a good review was left immediately after a recent review highlighting a poor experience.

If you do come across this review, I hope it saves you from any nightmare involvement with sam. But sadly I’m sure there will be a cover-up review to follow.

Sam is a a knowledgable and straight-up guy, one that I trust my money with

Sam’s encyclopaedic knowledge of investing (property in particular) is second to none. His personal experience and network is vast which makes him extremely credible in the sector which is rare to find nowadays. Highly recommend.

Sam and his team are the best of the best.

Always there when needed always responds to calls and emails quickly and you know you're in safe hands.

Highly recommend Sam and his team

I was recently introduced to Sam at a local networking event which I was attending as myself and my wife are looking to restructure and remodel our current property business model. I was also told about a networking group that he is a founding partner of and decided to join. In a few short weeks I have gained a vast level of education and knowledge allowing me and my wife to restructure and buy another property to renovate and sell on. We are really looking forward to continuing to get to know Sam and building up the professional and personal relationship that has begun to flourish.

Having the pleasure of recently dealing with Sam, at Dyer & Co. We would highly recommend using their services. Great to deal with, very honest and genuine…. 5 Stars from us… thanks to Sam and his team.

The network is a great tool full of great people that are more than willing to help no matter how complex or simple the question is.

I would highly recommend it to people looking to build their property portfolio.

I've been working with Sam @ Dyer and Co for nearly a year now as part of his property investing mastermind. He (and the rest of the team) are always available to answer questions, no matter how big or small. During my time with them I have added 8 properties to my portfolio and I would really have struggled to achieve this without the knowledge that was available to me through Dyer and Co.

I’ve worked with Sam for a number of years now and his service has been second to none!

He’s my go-to for property investment advice and opportunities. A number of my deals have come through Sam and he’s always been there to help me along the way.

He’s the host of a fantastic Mastermind and Networking group (This Is Wealth) and his letting agency (Dyer & Co) manage my entire portfolio.
